Rooms smelled of smoke, lobby was without Air Conditioning, staff did not allow wifi in lobby

Excellent stay. The 4th. Floor opens into the Food Court in the mall The west room has direct sunlight coming in the room which makes it very hot. On exiting one has to take the key out of the electric slot which stops the Aircon. Once back the room is still hot. In summer months this will be unbearable.

The gosh biryani was full of bones with not a piece of meat and soaked in oil. Horrible food.

The rooms are spacious. Service is top notch. The overall experience is very close to what one could expect at a luxury hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful in whatever way they can. The restaurant is also well stuffed with several options to try on (Although vegetarian only)

Location, room, price, cleanliness, and behaviour of staff were the most important factors that I prefer to give priority to while selecting the property, and I was satisfied that Portic Sarovar Ajmer would get full marks on those points

Very Good place clean room with decent size, above a Mall, good food at night' very close to darga but away from crowd, you can take a rick Breakfast needs to. Improve,

The area, the staff everything was awesome.

Near to the mall. A new property. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Gulshan at the reception gave a warm welcome and late check out. Would definitely recommend this hotel when coming to Ajmer. The overall service was a bit slow as they are a new property
