The Royal Inn & Suites

The staff was so unpleasant and rude. The floor boards in the room were uneven so much I kept tripping over them. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. They had 2 very big very intimidating dogs behind the counter. When I asked their names the attendant said “their names don’t matter to you.” Just so rude and the whole experience was terrible. Thank goodness it was a short stay.

Breakfast is over at 930 even on Sundays. A bit early for my husband and I so there was nothing left at 930 when we went down. Also out of coffee both Saturday and Sunday. Also TV in room did not work :( but we were just there to sleep and have breakfast. There breakfast is good ao we were disappointed on Sunday!

It felt safe. They had cameras everywhere and they only allowed access though the front door. They had a pretty good breakfast. You had to get ice from the front desk. They were responsive, but it was an inconvenience. The shower curtain smelled like mildew.

Great value for the money.

It’s conveniently located near the highway that takes you to the rest of Akron. The room wasn’t that clean at all. Found items from previous guest on the floors, shower walls filled with soap scum, refrigerator was filthy.

Staff is great …. Hotel clean on inside where it counts. Parking lot needs some improvement. Overall good value. Hotel not far away was double price for similar accommodation.

Absolutely sublime. Fantastic place

The room was dirty. The sheets were not clean. When you walked across the floor your feet turned black from the dirt. Had to keep socks on at all times because of the dirt. Half of the hotel was shut down. There was no elevator so you had to drag all your bags up the stairs. It just wasn’t the best hotel experience.

The location block from turnpike. Updated baths flooring and good vreakfast.Helpful front desk staff especially Bella. Seating not accessible outside while very inviting doors locked to.access. may have been safety issue due to construction though. Gym area kinda tired looking.
