Cozy, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Rooms were clean and looked nice. The breakfast was insufficient for three people, and since they bring the breakfast to the table, we had to constantly ask for more. The staff wasn't friendly, and one of the servers talked back when we complained about the breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. It had sea beds and umbrellas by the sea side, provided by the hotel with no charge. Finding parking space was challenging.

just the wiew from the balcony breakfast terrible that was served to you by the serving men who was also a host. Dirty dishes from wich it was served also the kitchen from wich the food came and was kept, looks like garbage dump. the food not consumed by customers at breakfast was served the next day. The mattresses in the chairs are terriblely dirty,messy around the pool.i stayed for 5 days, 3 persons in a apartament and only the 4th day they changed only the towels and woped stiid as the next day we were leaving.Those who served breakfast were very indifferent when you asked them to bring you something, we had to tell them 5 times and they still did not bring what you requested, every day you had to go to the kitchen after them, their only answer was ,,ok, no problem and still nothing.They didn t disrespect the customers and they served you so badly that you were afraid to order something else, lest they come with,,surprises. They have no training in proving cleaning services, serving, they are very slow, and careless.while swimming in the pool i cut myself in pieces from the bottom of the pool that entered in my foot, and i send for help at the reception. the receptinist came with plasters, a disinfectant, they have no medical assistance and no lifeguard. i comumunicated with she and showed she the shard that i removed from the leg and the rest of the shards that were still in the pool to solve the problem and anticipate other possible accidents, especially as children were also swimming, but they did nothing, they looked in the pool from the surface at the shards and left as if nothing had happened. the next day, they didn t even bother to ask if i was ok or if i need something on my leg, even thougt the cut was quite deep.On the first day when we arrived at the accomodation, they gave us a different room that the one we booked, thinking that i wouldnt notice.

Excellent staff. Picturesque place with wonderful swimming pool. Really clean areawith a wide range of plants. Silence at night because of no noisy attractions there. WiFi was available only on the balcony and outside the room. It was not available inside. Breakfast - buffet breakfasts would be preferable. Glass doors between toilet and leaving room.

The pool and The breakfast/restaurant area the pictures shown are not 100% reliable, we complained with the staff but they told us they were just “an example” of a room , indeed they just have one room like that.

friendly staff , good breakfast. We were given a very small room on the first floor, although the room was supposed to be for three people. I had booked the room deliberately a big one so that it should be comfortable for us. There’s a big bed in the room but not much space to move around. I tried to change the room , but it wasn’t possible. It could have been ok for 2-3 days but we were supposed to stay 8 nights here, so it wasn’t very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and nice Rooms are extremely small. Although we got “superior” room, it was the smallest room we have ever stayed at. Descriptions are not accurate.

The rooms were clean and new. Anyhow housekeeping was not available during our stay. Staff were supportive and friendly… Even superior rooms are extremely small. The breakfast was ok but definitely could be better.

the service was top, the private beach area plus extra shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back made it so relaxing and special. The garden and pool area are very nice. It was a last minute booking and they arranged early check in with just a short notice

Breakfast, service, pool was very good. Administrator Oner’s assistance was excellent, he made an early check-in for us. Excellent breakfast is served in a cosy garden ? Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is cosy and well located, it is within a short walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed the nice pool and the tasty breakfast. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

even though I had to ask the staff to clean the room everytime, the job was done , the staff were super nice very helpful and the hotel very clean beautiful and neat breakfast was good but as at wad served and not self service I didn’t like having to eat the same breakfast everyday nonetheless the breakfast was big and yummy

Beach facilities was good Room was not cleaned, sink was dirty, towels and bed too.. basically it was not cleaned but just tidied quickly.. also there was poop of previos guests in toilet! We asked them to re-clean the room and went to beach, lady who is responsible for cleaning stuff was promised to us to re-clean the room but when we returned nothing was changed.. Except one guy in reception and one at beach rest of the stuff was so unprofessional..
