Xanadu Island Hotel - All Inclusive

This was our third stay at Xanadu, and we stayed for 9 days. We love the sea—it is the resort's greatest asset. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing this time, and we even got sick one day. It seemed that the focus was on quantity and presentation rather than quality. Check-in took nearly two hours and was unpleasant. Sadly, the facilities appear to be deteriorating. There are also too many smoking areas throughout the resort. It would be nice to have more smoke-free spaces for guests. We truly appreciate the staff—they were very helpful. In particular, Mucait, Alparen, Fatma, and Eda went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Food and cleanliness

The personnel and the food I got injured in the hotel almost died and they didn't take any responsibility We also found a piece of plastic in ice cream what almost hurt our kids mouth The superiors doesn't care about their guests life. They basically sent me to hell and told me that all what happened it's mistake and they don't agree to compensate me at any way

The view, pools, water sports, layout and restaurants. A couple of our requests were not fulfilled timely or at all (laundry, AC malfunction). Also, laundry services are unreasonably priced (2 or more euros per garment).

Amazing nature around and that’s only 5star. Young guys driving us with buggy’s ware very kind and helpful. Service 2-3star We was invited to spa with 25% discount which we never got. Even do we had the paper where it was clearly written. Also when we ordered taxi to the airport we asked for taxi with card machine but we got one whiteout card machine.

This is an all inclusive resort with high class touch. It was a family reunion for us that brought my Canadian and Turkish families together (25 people in total). The hotel had everything we needed. All the rooms had a sea view and were very clean and really beautiful. The food at open buffet and à la carte restaurants were very high quality. They were all like real expensive restaurant dishes. The variety was so much that we did not get bored of. The main bar upstairs had amazing cocktails (again high end restaurant quality). The entertainment was something else. They bring bands from all over the world. Finally, the hotel is secluded, as it is located on a peninsula. Infinite pool and the view was amazing. My Canadian family loved it. We will definitely come back. Nothing

Being on an “island” provides a peaceful environment with beautiful views. Food is excellent. Facilities are excellent. Exceptional place to relax and enjoy

Room wasn’t made when we arrived, foreign staff didn’t speak proper English or Turkish. Ac was off in hotel corridors all the time which made the air feel staffed and humid inside, loud live music until 12 midnight didn’t allow us to sleep

The food quality was low

Lets start by order, Reception and staff: easy and smooth check in, Valet for your car, the staff speak english very well. We faced a minor inconvenience on our first night where an insect got in from the trees around our room we called the front desk and they immediately got to our room and helped get rid of it and they offered to change our room and upgraded it to Seaview room (special thanks to the nightshift front desk workers on july.21 (ali and semet?(not really sure of his name but he was extra helpful)) Room: very big and with a small balcony. The beds are comfy and wide we had two twin beds. The bathroom is huge and very clean with both a bathtub and a shower. Food: the buffet in all meals (breakfast,lunch and dinner) was very diverse and delicious, also the food presentation was extra-nice. The waiting staff were very attentive and quick. We never even bothered to try the other restaurants in the island because the main one was just as good. Pools and beaches: they had two main pools, two decks (one is adults only with mobile free zone )and at least to beaches. Ordering drinks and snacks couldn’t be easier (you scan a QR code and order from the website). Towels were readily available and unlimited. Sunbeds are everywhere you would always find ones by the view (no need to reserve). Entertainments: Everyday there’s sports activities during the day like volleyball,yoga,pilates. For the night activities I loved the time-machine concert (a band that covered classic rock songs) - The spa: we were told that we can use the spa facilities for free but massages and etc are for a charge, when I went to check the spa out, i was told that for using the facilities of the spa there’s a 10 euro fee per guest (didn’t like this inconsistency between the staff) - The Ironing service: there’s no Iron in the room but I have to say that there is an ironing service where you ask the guest relations to take your clothes and they send them back ironed however it takes an hour, I sometimes needed a quick fix before going out and for that I would recommend offering the guest and iron to the room for those who ask for it.

Hotel and staff are exceptional! Especially staff. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and food was delicious. We loved it!

Beautiful hotel

The room, views and pool areas were fantastic. They didn't have many milk-free dishes available at the buffet. Some dishes had listed allergens, but many didn't, so we just had to guess or ask staff, many of whom didn't speak English.

Staff could not do enough. Communication was staff with exceptional and they really looked after me (given my wheelchair). nothing!
