An Exceptional Stay Service That Goes Above and Beyond My stay at Aquavista Hotel & Suites was nothing short of outstanding, and I can say with full confidence that it is the warmth and dedication of the staff that truly set this hotel apart. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. But what truly left a lasting impression was an act of extraordinary service that I will never forget: we had requested an early breakfast at 3:40 AM to observe our fast, and the entire team rallied together to make it happen seamlessly. It all started with Miss Mono at the reception, who took our request with the utmost care and professionalism. She didn’t just log the request and move on she personally followed up with the kitchen, coordinated with the chef, and kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we had complete peace of mind. Her proactive communication and genuine concern for our comfort truly stood out. And then there was Chef Mr. Reda, who delivered a fresh, warm breakfast at that early hour without a moment’s hesitation. His dedication to going above and beyond purely out of care for our needs speaks volumes about his passion and commitment to guest satisfaction. Mr. Reda, you are a true gem. Equally impressive was Mr. Saeed from staff management, whose warm demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure. It is clear that the leadership at Aquavista inspires a culture of excellence throughout the entire team. The overall stay was perfect comfortable, seamless, and made truly memorable by a team that treats every guest like family. If you are looking for a hotel where the staff genuinely goes the extra mile even at 3 in the morning look no further than Aquavista Hotel & Suites. Highly recommended. We will absolutely be back. Miss Mono’s contribution is now woven in naturally, highlighting her coordination and follow-through. The hotel didn’t own a Parking space.

The rooms were clean but I wish they were sparkling.

I loved everything about my stay there ... everything is beyond expectations ... specially the staff there, Dania and The Egyptian house keeping manager which I forgot his name, also Mina in the food floor ... they were amazing and so polite and nice ... they helped us and provided us with better rooms even than the one we reserved. 5 of 5 stars ... will go back to stay there once I go back to Aqaba. The location was perfect. Literally steps away from Aqaba's city center.

Excellent hotel. I got a room with balcony. Convenient central location. Spacious room and very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional and took every opportunity to inquire about my stay. The buffet breakfast was awesome, too! All good.

The hotel is very centrally located and there is plenty of on-street parking nearby. The family room was large enough for two adults and three children. The breakfast is better than most similarly priced hotels in Aqaba as they will cook eggs to order. Our room was not clean on arrival and required immediate attention from housekeeping. This was attended to promptly and staff were very apologetic to their credit. The TVs are a little dated and pillows were rather large. Coffee at breakfast could be better. We would certainly stay again, however.

Water in the showers was cold and towels were not replaced when room service would clean the room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities are very clean, and the services provided exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant team was outstanding – especially Mr. Mina, who added a personal touch to our dining experience. Housekeeping was done professionally on a daily basis, and we truly appreciated how honest and trustworthy the staff were. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! Nothing

The best thing about Aquavista in that it is nestled right in the heart of Aqaba, you can access everything you need within easy walking distance. The staff are so friendly and do thier best to make your stay at the hotel comfortable. Every team member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping and also the restaurant staff—was attentive and eager to assist. The hotel is also a haven for non-smokers. Its commitment to maintaining a fresh, smoke-free environment was evident from the moment I stepped inside. The air throughout the hotel carries a light, pleasant refreshing fragrance which added to the overall sense of cleanliness and calm. I highly recommend Aquavista for its central location, comfortable amenities, serene atmosphere, and, most importantly, the exceptional people who make you feel right at home, special thanks to Mr. Fathi, Wael, Bashar and Mina.
