Jason and mark at 700 lounge the only amazing people inside this resort Terrible communication I never seen a resort that makes you pay for 2 rooms because you have a 4 and 5 year old. I don’t care if middle door opens what normal human leaves a 4 and 5 year old alone in a hotel in a country you don’t know anyone at at a resort anyone can have access to your door. I paid couple hundred bucks extra to get to be able to have 4 in one room. It’s insane there quick scheme is going to lose them a lot of future trips. Resort was empty anyways

Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the private beach and pool facilities are outstanding. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Abdelrazeq, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel truly valued. His outstanding customer service is a credit to the hotel. Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff made every effort to ensure we had a perfect stay.

The hotel is peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located. The private beach is beautiful, and the architecture of the building is truly impressive. Everything is conveniently within reach, making it an ideal place to stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was great Clean and tidy,the pool was amazing,it has so many great facilities So expensive even when off the season and weekdays. Whenever you go back to the hotel you have to stop and be checked and you have to stop the car on them main street which can be dangerous. You cant order food from outside the hotel which is really strange I’ve been to other hotels in other countries and these rules are a first!

I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at Kempinski Aqaba. The hotel has an excellent location right on the beach, with beautiful views of the Red Sea. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. What really stood out was the friendly and professional staff, who were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and private beach, were excellent. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. .
