Staff is great room is clean, the view is amazing also the area is calm and nice, found a parking space quickly and got through the check in process in no time everyone was friendly and made sure am happy and got all what I needed

It was great having parking in the building. The staff were very welcoming and it was nice to have a refreshment when we arrived. We were upgraded to a sea view room and the view was fantastic. The breakfast choices were many. The hotel is a few blocks walk from the city center. The block in front of the hotel is underdeveloped.

The young lady at reception, Rawan, was exceptional! She welcomed us with a warm smile, handled everything efficiently, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her professionalism and kindness set the perfect tone for our stay. Thank you, Rawan, for making our visit even more enjoyable! Thank you to the whole team for their efforts and hospitality. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the pool could be cleaned on a daily basis, as Aqaba’s weather can be dusty and windy. Unfortunately, we couldn’t swim during our stay because of this.

A great comprehensive hotel in the old town. Booked for 1 night due to the roof top pool and lounge, and made very good use of it and it’s wonderful views of the city! Friendly staff, restaurant and bar and very good breakfast buffet. Great bathrooms and showers! Went to a beach club the next day but would have preferred to stay at the hotels roof top. Easy parking and walking distance to restaurants and sea. I recommend and would stay again. Only stayed 1 night in Aqaba but would recommend at least two! There was no staff or service at the rooftop but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t need any service.

Check in was seamless. They let me check in as soon as the room was ready and that is always appreciated. Baraah was the front desk agent. Very pleasant and efficient

Great hotel with amazing view in Aqaba! Start super super nice, big clean rooms with a super comfortable bed and pillows. View from the rooftop and the room is amazing, you can also have a drink there and enjoy the view. Only downside was that the breakfast didn’t have enough “sweet” things like croissants and so, more salt alternatives. But all in all we are super happy with our stay, there are some parking spots in front of the hotel but they also have parking downstairs with an elevator that brings you directly to it, super comfortable.
