What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional staff. I would especially like to commend Mr. Saeed from the late-night shift. During my stay, I experienced a medical issue, and he went above and beyond by offering assistance and accompanying me to a pharmacy to get the medications I needed. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Mohammed, who was extremely helpful during my check-out. As I was still feeling unwell, he kindly assisted my family with loading our luggage into the car. My utmost appreciation goes to the entire team at Dweik Hotel 2 for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff's genuine care and dedication to guests are a credit to the hotel. Keep up the great work!

The staff truly stood out — they were kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their friendly attitude made a great difference and added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Nothing, all was excellent.

The location and the service. They upgraded our room for us. The noise and the room was a smoking room. Also, the breakfast wasn’t available when they said it was supposed to be.

Great location. The room is very clean but the furnitures are dated. The bed is comfortable. The lock on the patio door is broken. The staff are great and helpful. The furnitures looked old.

There is a weird smell in the hotel and room. Some facilities need improvements and rebuild. There is no hot water in the mid night.

The service was top notch. Management did everything possible to accommodate us. It’s located right in the middle of town and super convenient. Other guests are noisy and inconsiderate, but the property can’t do anything about that.

The side of the bed was velcro and full of hair and dirt, it was disgusting

Staff was trying to pressure us into buying a beach access or a boat. Literally every time he saw us he tried to sell us something. They had us walk to another location for breakfast. It was not served in house.

The breakfast was wonderful and Beach and all entertainment facilities were very near to it (walking distance). The Parking is difficult to occupy near Hotel.
