The bathroom was in a bad shape, very dirty, the shower was broken and there was a used razor in it, the toilet didn't flush and the whole bathrom was flooded.

The view and the location are the only good points this hotel has going for it. Egyptian receptionist very helpful and friendly. Nowhere to put clothes (no cupboards, no chairs, no table) No amenities provided. A single face towel, soap, almost empty toilet paper roll, and a few tissues provided when requested.

Staff, location and view from terrace As of December 2024, it looks very different from the pictures of the ad, I guess the owner changed along with the mentality. No towels, soap, etc. exist in the rooms. WC and shower are terrible.

Room had an excellent view of the Red Sea. Close proximity to a small beach. Sofas on balcony. Piping hot water. Large comfortable bed. The fridge was clean. Wifi only available in reception, (no joke when your room is on third floor)! No towels! No tissue paper! Disgraceful bathroom; toilet seat off hinges, stained bowl, dirty fittings, overall dilapidated look. (This is contrast to the room itself, which was reasonable). No visible swing chair.

Disgusting attitude of the staff. The price does not correspond to the quality at all. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Excellent place to stay on vacation. All you need you can find in 3 minutes walk.. perfect wi Fi even for video call, nice staff that will help in everything ( don't forget to use translation to be sure))) I was pleasantly surprised that the room much better than on pictures. Safety place to travel with kids, my experience with 2 years old kid( cameras everywhere, hot and cold water, tasty breakfast, tv with kids channels also) Wish you expansion and prosperity in the hotel business. PS sure we will back here)))

My mother was left happy with her stay. We are very grateful. She had own separate room with a gorgeous view!!!

During my stay breakfast was not included, even if you decided to add this service. The hotel position was good because is very near to the ancient Fort and 10 minutes on foot to the Mosque and the main City square. The receptionist was very friendly with a great sense of hospitality. Besides, the view on the Aqaba Gulf is amazing!! Cleaning was not too much and in the beginning I needed to ask to the reception all essential things in a room, such as paper toilet, soap, towels. After that he gave me, but I expected to find them directly in the room. They didn't have the hairdryer.

Good location in the city. The staff responds to tourists' requests, speaks English. When we checked in, we saw that there were no towels, soap, toilet paper, we asked for it and got it. There is a small problem with the plumbing. But the main thing is that I could not sleep there, the constant noise, which is sometimes interrupted for a minute, from the hoods of another building, which is a couple of meters from the hotel, is the main problem for the hotel residents. If you sleep soundly, then you can.

Recently painted big room with fridge and TV. There is a kitchen. Close to ?, food and other shops. No toilet paper, towels or bathroom products - not even soap. My window backed on to a restaurant exhaust fan with a lot of noise and smells- all day - all night. Cockroaches everywhere at night. Under the bed was filthy. No rubbish bin in room. For the money it was very ordinary but there is nowhere better or cheaper.
