الفندق مره حلو والإطلالة تفتح النفس المكان نظيف مب مره وهادي وتعامل الموظفين محترم وسريع. بالنسبة للسعر أشوفه تمام ومناسب مقابل اللي يقدمونه انبسطت بالإقامة وأنصح فيه بكل أمانة. ? نظافة الفندق

Detail: Furniture: Looks good but extreme poor quality, for example: Curtains were broken, Sofa extremely dirty and some furniture were broken too. Toiletries: Not available Staff: It's just ok Room: Small in size Lift: Too small and feels uncomfortable Value of money: Extremely expensive End note: Not recommended at all When I have complaint that your Curtains are broken they have said, "Don't register this complaint to the management otherwise they will charge you as they have also charged it with other in previous days".

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. While the hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the Prophet’s Mosque, the comfort and quality of the property made it well worth it Everything was excellent and we have no complaints at all. The hotel provided a seamless and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations in every way.

Location of hotel is very good, almost in city center. Good food places are also nearby. Parking is available. Rooms were very small. No coffee, tea, snacks available in reception, even if we want to buy.

Just location Parking is not good enough and not of property just using space around the property for parking which is not good condition. The A.C of master room and lounge was off at midnight 2 am and then they fix the issue of lounge A.C but couldn’t fix for master bedroom then they gave us the moveable A.C which we’ve used for both nights because of that we couldn’t use the bathroom of master bedroom. Very bad experience against what we’ve paid.
