good reception with worst receptionist lift not working on Thursday but Friday night it works no fridge in the room car parking is limited

Rooms are spacious I have booked twin bedroom but reception staff refused me saying they already given to others instead of booking , I call given mobile number but no response ,Receptionist was very rude and ask me to take 2 single room or search other hotel, after I pay he asked me to come at 6 pm since it was not cleaned,finally I got room around 9 pm instead of 4 pm ,
