great location at the heart of the old city , 3 minutes walk to kamal pasha street , traditional cozy small rooms with vernacular architecture ..Nour the receptionist was very nice and friendly .. Mr. bedirhan the owner of the hotel was super nice .. very welcoming person he guided us to the best places to visit in 2 days and helped me to spend two amazing days the bathroom was smelly and need extra cleaning processes

Location is within the old town. All shops are within walking distance. The room is comfortable with good heating during winter. The first night we were without hot water but that was rectified on the other 2 nights.

- Hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. He took care of everything about us personally. - We realy enjoyed the breakfast. - The hotel was very pretty, photogenic and at a silent corner. It was easy access to the city center. - It looks like a very safe place normally. Maybe because of that here is no stuff around. We did not see anybody other than the owner and other guests in the hotel. This was ok until i was sexually harrassed by another guest when we sat at the courtyard with my partner one evening. He even came to our door after we left to our room which was right at the enterance. I was able to handle to situation without any aggression but i would have really appreciated having stuff around. - Insulation for noise could be better.
