With the two stone buildings we built in imitation of the garden of our 100-year-old stone mansion, one of the rare Turkish houses of Alaçatı, around our large courtyard and our indoor restaurant area , it is not just a hotel but a guest house where the family hosts their most valuable guests... Incredible hotel. Feels truly luxurious. Rooms are spacious, AC is cold, wifi is solid, the pillows are very nice and comfy and they give you multiple options for which kind of pillow you'd like to use, the pool is absolutely lovely and open 24 hours, the included breakfast is phenomenal, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and location couldn't be more perfect. Wish the hot tub by the pool was actually warm so it could be enjoyed at night.

Viento Hotel is a perfect place to chill out and explore the beautiful village of Alaçatı. The room is equipped with everything you might need, including a small fridge and a steamer for clothes. The aromas of shower products and soap are heavenly? The bed, pillows and duvets are the comfiest we've had in the whole trip, and the bedding is super crispy and fresh. Room cleaning quality is absolutely exceptional! The breakfast in the restaurant is plentiful and healthy. Besides the buffet with breakfast basics and a whole 'serpme' spread served fresh for each guest coming, they cook eggs of your choice and brew fantastic coffee (the latter is a rare delight even in 4-star hotels). Warm thanks to the whole Viento team for our wonderful stay! Probably the only controversial point was that the room we were initially checked in wasn't like the one in the photos. The fact is, the whole floor consists of the rooms in the category that we've booked, so just keep it in mind that they look very differently. Anyway, huge thanks to the helpful hostess, we were placed in another room. Ours was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of cobbled streets and tile roofs. But if it were not for the end of the tourist season, I guess changing the room would not have been possible.

The general staff was nice, but management was a different story. It'a quite loud due to the location and the rooms are dark. Breakfast was good and the courtyard setting is nice with the pool. Location is central to Alacati and you can walk easily throughly the old town. You need to be careful for "extra" charges. We originally booked for three guests but ended up being just two. We told the hotel upon arrival and they assured us they would adjust the pricing for our 15 day stay (since they charge more for the 3rd person even though the room is the same). But when we checked out the "management" (who were no where to be seen for the first 15 days) suddenly shows up and refuses to make the pricing adjustment. They say "speak to Booking.com" and booking.com says "speak to the management." It's a joke.

This hotel is a gem in Alacati. What makes it best is the people who work there. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond for the guests. The housekeeping manager lady takes care of the hotel like it’s her own. We couldn’t have found any better hotel in Alacati. Highly recommended.

Great location, easily walkable to the main areas. You can’t actually drive up and park at the hotel. You need to park your car up the street about 300mm away in the city square carpark and haul your luggage down the cobble stone street. Once you arrive, you can call the hotel and they will send the Bell Boy up to bring your luggage down. We left early on our last day (7am) so we needed to walk our luggage up on our own as the workers hadn’t started yet.
