We did like breakfast, even if they don't tell you what time they serve it as they don't speak a word of any language but Turkish. The other nice thing is the location Staff was cold, unfriendly and trying to make you pay more. The price was €285 and they showed us a piece of paper with €290, we gave €300 and we almost had to fight to have the change back and after two days they have us back €8. Cleaning wasn't done properly and the pictures on booking are misleading as there is no pool, but the pool is from another hotel and the rooms are very old and broken and there is no parking.

Cleaning absolutely top notch, staff very nice. The room was very good and spacious. Central location, but... ...it's like living inside a club on Ibiza. Loud music from the respectless restaurant neighbours and from the square outside. It's sound torture having to listen to this. They do this until 1am every day. Zero information about this. Then people say, "But everyone know Alaçatı is a party place". Doh. And then after 4am you get the mosque morning call... The hotel description says free on-site parking is available, but there's no parking. You can only drive to the front of the hotel 04-11 o'clock. The bathroom window was bricked in,, so you could open it but there's a wall in the frame. The 24 hour service in the description I don't know about, as there's no staff at the hotel at 23 and no-one answering the phone. If you come here, be warned, and bring really good ear plugs.

The location is great. Far from bustle and at the same time you can reach the active and charming heart of the city with a 5 minutes walk. The breakfast is wonderful and the manager Sureyya and her husband Rasim are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Wonderful ********
