What a hotel! This was our favourite hotel that we stayed in throughout Turkey! We can't rave enough about this hotel. It's beautiful, so nicely maintained, lots of beautiful decor, gorgeous pieces, furniture and nice touches. The staff are INCREDIBLE - so wonderful and helpful and friendly and looked after us - trying to book taxis, explaining things in English, bringing us Turkish tea and being hospitable ( and even showing us magic tricks!!). The pool area is so chilled out, beautiful and vibey that we ended up spending a full day by the pool instead of going to another beach - it was a really relaxing vibe and we loved it - and there was lots of space, sun and comfortable loungers around the pool. Breakfast is a feast, and anything you want, and turkish tea brought out to you all day long. The hotel is in the BEST location - literally a 2 min walk around the corner to the old town and all the shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, relaxing, quiet and stunning with great decor. We had a sweet balcony to have tea, and the wifi was strong and worked well. Comfy sleep and great bed - albeit no sheets which we had to ask for ( seems to be a Turkish thing) only thin blankets to sleep under. There's no English TV Channels here, but who cares when you're staying in such a stunning hotel. This is a boutique hotel and it's 5 star all the way - in every little touch/decor/detail and we'd definitely return! Nothing! STUNNING HOTEL!!!! 5 star boutique hotel !!! Can't find one thing to complain about. everything was really well done and so much care around the hotel grounds.

Guest very supportive. In downtown by walking but not in crowded main street quite noisy in the night due to music from bar/night club till late. Breakfast not available before 8.30am

I like the location of the hotel which was very close to the town. Unfortunately, the rudeness we encountered wasn't limited to waiters only. The front desk staff was equally impolite and didn't hold himself back of following the guests to their room and policing them! To make matters worse, upon check-out, we were hit with a slew of hidden charges that were never mentioned during service (e.g., eggs, wrong orders were charged etc) This left a very sour taste in our mouth. The advertised price was misleading, and the additional fees made it overpriced for the quality of the room and service we received. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who values transparency, courteous staff, and a clean, well-maintained room.

Bay C was perfect in all aspects- location, staff, service, comfort! The staff was very welcoming and made it feel like we were home away from home. Rooms were very cleand and comfortable. We LOVED the design, which was a nice addition. Location is also very convenient. Even though it is right in the center, it was also very quiet and secluded. Breakfast - it was one of the best Turkish breakfasts of our lives! All the ingredients were fresh and some of the items would change daily. It was very delicious and offered at the garden, which made the experience even more pleasant. We already recommend this place to family and friends. ;) will definitely choose it for our next trip!
