NOTHING Very rude business owner. Kept repeating we booked an economy room, when we actually booked the standard triple room through booking.com and refused to give us any room other than the basement one with one double bed, even though it clearly wrote I paid for one double AND one single bed. Just gave our keys, pointed out the room and left without saying a word. I went back up saying we didn't pay for a basement room and want a change, he refused. I said I'll pay more than the extra I've already paid and he just shook his head to end the convo. Then I let him know he didn't tell us anything about wifi or give any details about breakfast etc. He said it's all written near your bed, but come connect to wifi here now. I connected in the lobby, walked downstairs and checked, no wifi picks up from the basement. Then I realised he made me connect in the lobby, knowing I wouldn't have wifi in my hotel room. I used my whole internet allowance while staying at this hotel, as the TV didn't work either and there was no window you can look out of. Location is good, staff members are nice, however management is very poor. Would not recommend to anyone. Business owner lied saying his name was Mustafa while it was actually Levent, just so I don't write a bad review with his name. Also didn't give me my 3500 lira, which is the extra we paid just to have an additional single bed in our room. Booking.com was also of no help, waited over a month before submitting this review, apparently booking.com is just a sales agent that cannot do anything to help their unsatisfied customers. Birde 3 kişilik standart odaya ödediğim halde, ekonomi bodrum katında berbat bir oda verdi. 3500 lira para farkımızıda bize geri ilave etmedi.

Close to the main shopping area in Alacati. Where do we start! We had multiple issues staying here from the beginning till the end. When we were given our keys to our economy room in the basement floor we realised that the window was on the street level and access was really easy from outside into our room. The issue was the window would not lock, the lock was faulty and quite old. We called reception and they temporarily jammed it in. We were ok with this but things only got worse from here. We had breakfast included in our reservation but watch out!!! The staff offer you coffee, juice etc without letting you know that it comes with an extra charge. The whole time we were receiving Turkish coffee in the mornings not knowing that we would be charged for it at check out. Staff were trained not to know the price of things and to specifically keep quite about the additional cost of things. During breakfast we would receive 1 boiled egg each and on occasional days we were asked how we’d like our eggs cooked, we asked for an omelette each and were told to share the one omelette. This is stingy! Especially when we’ve already paid a premium for our breakfast included.The breakfast always took over 15 minutes to be served so we were left waiting for long periods which was unpleasant especially when you have an agenda for the day. We also had further issues with our room, one being the fowl sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. It was so strong we felt sick in there, we had to ask for diffusers, they gave us two one for the room and one for the toilet which did not even help. The other issue was the WIFI offered is a complete scandal. It does not work even though we tried every day on every single device. Then comes laundry… we had our clothes washed at the hotel only to have several pieces returned with blue washing liquid stains which wont come off and ruined our clothing.

Location is great, hotel is really cute, very clean, nicely decorated. Very very good Turkish breakfast with Aegean tastes.

The staff were very kind and nice people, and breakfast was great.
