Very friendly owner, location close to Alaçatı city center. Nice and big rooms. A/C works well. Amazing breakfast and if needed transport to and from airport are organized from the owner. We will come back and I can recommend the hotel. Everything was fine

Location Small dirty room without window! VERY NOISY! The thin room door is inside the hotel cafe, which works almost all night. So you just can't sleep because you hear all cafe visitors, music and street noise! Even earplugs can't help you! We paid for 25m2 room, but live in small less than 13m2, photos are not the same as real. Worst place, staff don't want to do something with this noise problem or small room. I just can't understand why this hotel has such good reviews, maybe they are fake?

After a exhausting day , slept like a baby, staff excelent, building is thrilling breakfeast weak, some shower accessories are rusty

The hotel looks really new and nice. The rooms are clean but small. The staffs there are super friendly and don't mind to have a bit chat. There is street parking place you can use if you are lucky to have it. It is located in a very beautiful and tourist area. Restaurant, beach and shops nearby. The TV was not working in the room.

The only bright side of this trip was the employee Elena who was the only one who spoke English and was willing to help us out solve all the problems we had during our stay in this hotel. The airconditioning did not work although I told the receptionist that it is not working. He insisted it was working although in the room it felt like a sauna. So the first night I didnt sleep for even 5 hours from the heat. The next day I found out another guest was at that room before me and had the same problem - the owner new there was a problem with the AC yet he still put me in that room. There are no curtains in the room which makes it impossible to sleep due to the immense amount of sunlight and heat. There is no safety deposit box in the room so I didnt have where to leave my valuables. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, felt like a hamam every time I entered. After the first restless night for me has passed at this hotel, I demanded to be changed to a different room. They took me downstairs to another room so the second night I got some sleep. Another thing to mention was, there was no water the whole day at the hotel - so we couldnt shower or use the toilet. We didnt have cash and wanted to pay by card and he said it is not possible to pay by card - how is that possible? Anyways, we turned our head to that as well and managed to find an ATM and pay in cash. We payed for a hotel with the option of breakfast included - for breakfast we received 2 omelletes for 4 people - so we were left hungry. Aside from that, we were never informed that coffee and water are not included in the breakfast. Strange right?! Who serves breakfast without water or coffee? So the last day, we receive a piece of paper which has all the coffees and waters are written by hand and summed up to 60€! I was shocked once again and refused to pay the bill because no one ever informed us that drinks are not included in their poor breakfast! I insisted to get a fiscal bill - ofcourse there was no fiscal bill so he didnt issue it. They refused to give us back our luggage until we pay 60€, so we paid and told them that I will inform booking.com of this terrible experience.
