My A/C wasn't working well in the room.

First impression the room had been remodeled. First impression the room had been remodeled. When we got ready for bed we noticed our feet were black. Upon inspection so was the floor. My son went down stairs to tell the staff. They brought up a swifter wet jet for my son to use. No apologizes, no housekeeping will be there, no let me move you to another room. Upon check out informed the front desk again no concern.

Very nice newly renovated property, excellent customer service ,nice pool and excellent location to the nearby Springs. I will definitely return to this property.

False promise by booking.com. as per booking.com we get 1 king bed and 2 queen bed in each room. But that is not the case. Also this property charged more amount than actual amount coded by booking.con

The internet said the room had three beds this was a mistake I paid more than I liked thinking room had 3 beds I wasn’t happy but they gave us a roll away bed which worked for my son

The bed was comfortable. The location was good. There were hundreds of winged bugs on the floor and in the tub. When my husband asked to move to a different room, he was told they were all like that because they recently sprayed. He had to vacuum the room because there was only one employee there. There were items in the fridge when we arrived left from a previous guest. The next day, housekeeping left the security latch wedging the door open. We were gone until 10:30 pm, and it was a miracle nothing was stolen. My work computer and jewelry were still in the room, I’m guessing because we were on the top floor all the way on the end and people didn’t notice. Spoke to the staff asked to make sure housekeeping didn’t come the following day, but they did. Never received a call from the manager as promised. Still had to pay full price after all of this. We were in town for a funeral, and the manager was aware. Won’t be taking the more affordable option ever again!

We stayed one night for Morgan Wallen. They were nice and let us check in early since we arrived early. Our room was decent and definitely recently renovated. But the floors, couch, chairs, end tables were all dirty. We ended up going to the store to get cleaning wipes and a small broom to clean the room up enough to be fairly comfortable. The sink and bathroom areas were all clean though. We didn’t use any amenities since it was for one night. Overall it was decent for a quick one night stay but probably wouldn’t stay again for an extended stay.

I was in total shock when I saw the room. The pictures online are beautiful rooms. What we walked into was nothing short of a nightmare! The odor was awful, pure mold smell, everything was disgusting. The only thing clean were the sheets. I was told over the phone when I called to make sure it was ok if I checked in late, around midnight that, yes it was ok and everthing will be fresh and clean brand new for me. It was far from that. I don’t think I will ever recover from this stay. It is definitely false advertising and now looking back the pics online are AI. I will include our pics and the pics online

The rooms have been remodeled and updated. The beds were super comfortable. We had just a one night stay but have no complaints!

Room was very clean. Darling shades were too narrow to block out all light at night. Light coming around the door also. A lot of road noise. Pool was had insect floating. Too much turn me off for a swim. It was okay for a road

Room was poorly maintained, no Kleenex, no bath soap, no shampoo, only one towel. Phone was inoperative, clock had no place to plug in, curtains were not connected to the pull rod. Floor was very dirty.
