Nice reception area, small relaxed pool that has both sun and shade. Was offered to change rooms after first night. And was much better, more light, big balcony, and air con was great once we figured out how to use it. Didn't like that we had to pay for safe as it stated in booking.com listing that this was included in price. Breakfast was poor....wasn't expecting it to be anything special, but it did not meet even the low standard I was expecting. Broccoli and cauliflower for breakfast?? The shower doors were falling off and it was an operation to close them, and the drain next to toilet had a nasty smell at times. Also shower was going from one extreme to the other - hypothermia to third degree burns - so impossible to get a good shower.

I had a very pleasant stay at Miss Cleopatra Hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Gamze, who made delicious omelets for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was a big advantage. The room was clean and well organized, and housekeeping was done every day. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a TV, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice for future trips. Remember that Wi-Fi is not free and costs 2 euros per day.

Great location, very close to the beach and many activities. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful – special thanks to Ali, Emre, and the rest of the team whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. The à la carte restaurant is also delicious, and hotel guests get a 10% discount. I would definitely stay here again! All good!

Some improvements are necessary Breakfast Overall, breakfast was good, but the replenishment of utensils and food items was often slow. At times, we had to wait for omelets, glasses, or cups. Suggestion: It would be helpful to have a designated station for used utensils, as they were often left near the bread area, creating a bit of clutter. Also, installing a cover over the outdoor seating area would make it more comfortable in the morning, as the sun becomes very strong, making it almost impossible to enjoy breakfast outside when the indoor tables are full. Room – Neutral The room had limited power outlets, only on one side of the bed. There was no large table to place belongings or enjoy a meal—only a small dressing desk with a mirror. Bathroom – Neutral The bathroom is quite small, and because there is no shower enclosure, the entire area gets wet during showers. There is also no shelf in the shower area to store items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo, which is inconvenient. Towels – Needs Improvement During the first two days, after returning from a day out, we found the towels neatly placed on the bed, apparently replaced. However, from the third day onwards, the towels were left hanging on the balcony, and there was only one face towel provided, despite us being a couple. On the last day, we returned from the beach to find only one bath towel and one face towel hanging on the balcony (the bath towel had quite a lot of hair on it). We had to go to reception to request fresh ones. This gave the impression that towels were not being changed daily, even though we left them on the floor for replacement. Toiletries – Needs Improvement Soap and shampoo were not replenished after they ran out, hot water sometimes did not work. Conclusion Thank you for the stay. While there were many positives, addressing the above points would greatly improve the guest experience.

Hotel rooms are very nice, breakfast very tasty, rooms cleaned everyday, good location - super close to the beach, shops are everywhere around. Hotel workers are very helpful and super nice, I very very recommend to everyone. I'm sure I will come back ?

Clean room, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. Be warned about some hidden costs. WiFi is not free and costs 2 euro per day PER DEVICE despite them claiming it’s per person. If you’re traveling solo but have three devices and need WiFi on all of them, you’ll end up paying 6 euro per day. Data sharing on this WiFi is disabled, so you won’t be able to save that way. Another hidden cost is the A/C, it’s 5 euro per day.

Brend new building and breakfast You need to pay for Wi-Fi and air-con, no sleepers(floor is freezing cold)

I liked the staff reception man for the mobile phone charger and warter when needed ot and for ifoming me to places ! The clearner coming into room when i was in bed sledpi g i did not appreciate it
