Only the location Services, facilities, cleaning, maintenance of the room

The hotel has a fascinating view at the see, harbor, castle and the city. It is one of the best views in town, you simply will never get board with the view. The castle and the cable cart are 10 minutes up the hill. The hotel owner was friendly and helpful I will definitely come back. The steps leading the hotel are a bit steep

We had a lovely stay at Castle Boutique hotel this week. The room we had was very pleasant and the view was absolutely stunning. The swimming pool was very deep and impeccably clean and it was very enjoyable to sit out in the sun all day. We especially want to thank the lovely woman who cooked us breakfast every morning, the food was amazing with stunning presentation and she was so very kind. She really showed us Turkish hospitality and we were very happy to meet such a kind person on our trip. Her and the other staff represent the hotel very well. We felt very comfortable and at home in the hotel and would definitely stay there again. The bed was a bit unstable and the TV didn't work in our room but we never reported the issues as they were not a big concern as we always had plenty to do. We would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend but do be warned that it is up a very steep hill. Easy to go down but hard to go up, absolutely worth the trip though.

Everything was amazing, but hotel needs to warn that they have lots of stairs, and as well they need to have a bell boy. We had very heavy bags, so nobody helped us. Manager Kai was very kind and friendly to us, thank him for very pleasant stay and help during all the vacation. Location is amazing, recommend everyone to come here.

An amazing view, especially if you get one of the higher rooms. The pool is really clean and isn't too busy so almost feels like a private pool just for yourself. The air conditioning is amazing and keeps the rooms very cool as it's much needed. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and if you have any specific needs or issues speak with him and he'll resolve them for you. This isn't to do with the hotel itself but you'll need to taxi a few taxis during your stay as you won't want to keep walking up and down but that's to be expected with the location. The location is amazing as such beautiful views and you can actually walk up to the castle from there as well and it's easy to walk down, it's just tiring walking back up in the heat.

The location of Castle View is perfect with splendid views overlooking Alanya. The owner, and manager Hamza take particular care to make sure visitors are well cared for. One can't help mentioning all the steps, and there's many of them down to the accommodation - ok if your supple, but I do have a damaged knee so struggled - but taking that onto consideration you could say the same comment about any hillside accommodation. You just have to take that into consideration when booking - and even with my injury we would return.

The setting and views are unbeatable! Hamza is an excellent host. We had some technical issues, and he was quick to rectify them. Plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, but you'll want to get down to the main town at some stage. That will require a car or some (easily obtainable) taxi rides. There are a lot of steep stairs to negotiate from street level to your room. We didn't mind that. Also, bring your own pool/beach towels.

Kaya was best host, absolutely stunning view and breakfast is also made for you not ready, and room was clean and nice. I will comeback!

The view is everything, the rooms are lovely, and the staff - I don’t think anybody has taken better care of us on a trip than these guys. Starting with the chef Ainura, following through to the hotel manager and the owner - the guys made our week of holiday unforgettable and so comfortable! Also two beautiful beaches are just down the hill - both about a 15-min walk down. We’ll definitely be back. Everything was top notch

The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was great; it was comfortable, and had an amazing view over the ocean. We also enjoyed our time around the pool, which was very private. If you are not able bodied, or don't like a significant amount of stairs, then this is probably not the best place for you to stay.

The view is incredible! Loud poolside music which leaks into bedrooms. Overpriced and underwhelming food. Weak air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Exceptional view, really nice and well kept pool, very friendly staff and owner at breakfast. Overall great value at time of stay. Relaxing and safe atmosphere. Very generously allowed us to stay at pool and use shower after check out and before flight. Orange juice offered at included breakfast but no mention of having to pay extra for it (150 lira each person each day). A lot of hassle with airport transportation and asking for double payments. Air con in room very noisy and leaked a lot. Occasional power issues in room (lights worked sometimes, others not). Very little English spoken by most staff.

The best place in Alanya.... Hamza is the best host .... Best property in the city

Probably the best view in Alanya. Very private hotel yet close to center of Alanya and cleopatra beach.

Beautiful wiew. From every balcony you see all Alanya.Rooms are clean . Service super ?. Stuff Wonderful. Spacial thanks for Kai and Ayura … such great people . Always with smile on the face and very kind . Also rest of workers a big thanks for everything. If I could come again I will choose this place again . The pool is clean and water has perfect temperature. Breakfasts are very good . Anything I order in restaurant was very tasty . Steps … steps … steps . But if you are fit ;even cool ?
