Kleopatra Balik Hotel

Food offer should be more versatile(speaking from day to day) & refills should be done if it’s still time slot for a meal without guests asking for it. Kitchen staff and busser was alright, but the older man serving at the bar was very rude & unprofessional - it seems like he hates this job and bothers guests with eye rolling & unnecessary rude comments & behavior, with waiting for like 15 minutes in average(waiting queue only made because there’s nobody in bar). Suggestion for busser staff would be to maybe catch up with basics of english, they don’t speek english at all, not even word. Cleaning staff yelled at us to get out of room at 8 am on our last day, even when check out is scheduled at 11 or 12 am. Please consider possibility of doing floors everyday because of sand.

It wasn't as expected, the room wasn't that clean, not to mention that no one came to clean the whole week. The food was about the same every day, some things that were at lunch were also in the evening

The hotel was a disaster. The staff named Mrs Senem was very rude and unprofessional. We had no water in hour room. All water facilities were out of order. We couldn’t even have shower. The management and facilities are very poor. Nothing

very close to the beach, disabled lift wasn’t working the first few days but staff went above and beyond to ensure we got to and from our room asked for a spare key as they only gave one . guest was disabled and wanted to sleep, I would not be able to help him once I came back as he couldn’t get up to let me in hotel night staff charged me 15 euro for key for the night and followed me to my room until I paid him

***FOR VEGANS *** They served vegan food every day during my stay. Fantastic! Very good personal. Very good location, Cleopatra beach just a few steps away. Close to city centre. I loved turkish belly dance show held in outside area of the hotel.

Great location, great balcony with sea view and nice staff. Overall good value for money. Bad WiFi, fridge was not working properly and bathroom wasn't very clean when we checked in.

Location is great Breakfast is good and varied Cleaning is very good there is no kettle in the room so i am not free to drink tea or coffee whenever i want. so it is not comfortable to go out to have a drink when i need to relax and drink something hot in the room. Breakfast is good . But it starts at 8 ( very early ) and i have just one and half hour . After that i cant have it

The hotel is close to the Kleopatra beach... The price is cheaper than other hotels which are close by... The Restaurant space is bigger than The Restaurants of other hotel that are near by ....
