Lavinia Apart Hotel

The housekeeper and all the staff were very polite and friendly. The room was always perfectly clean and well maintained. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing — every day she surprised us with new towel creations, which brought a lot of joy and warmth to our stay. Her kindness, care, and attention to detail truly touched our hearts and made our vacation even more special. One small downside was that the walls are quite thin, so sounds from other rooms can be heard. Also, the nearby roads are very busy, which creates noticeable traffic noise, especially during the day and evening. As we were staying with a child, it was sometimes a little challenging to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. However, this was only a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

The location, pool, and the lobby had everything Bathroom extremely dark, and the shower is small Internet wasn’t working at all Room is cleaned every 3 days and when we arrived the sheets were dirty and the pillows had hair.

Staff are friendly Noisy . School right opposite so from 08.30 no sleep for anyone. Mattresses are poor quilaty.

The promo price was excellent. Everything was pretty good, but it was just normal. Stable and free wifi connection. Was presented some powder on the mirror and TV. Crazy dark light in the bathroom.

Wonderful staff and nice familiar atmosphere, our favourite hotel in Alanya Can't think of anything....

The staff were miserable. No private area on beach. No 15 mins free massage as stated. No entertainment nights as mentioned. Shortage of towels.

The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early during the day and they let us check in early and the day before our departure they helped us look at all the options of how to get to the airport and booked in the best one for us. Nothing, everything was fine

location was good. Staff was good, especially day time administrator. Wiev was also good.

Our room was big and had a great air conditioner. The balcony was great to sit in and had an alright view. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the beach which was also great for our family. The kitchen was nice and their fridge was working at all times whether the key was in or not. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The pool was nice and big. Our room being cleaned was from little to nothing at all, and if we wanted it to be cleaned, we had to go down and ask. The shower was not the best. When we walked up the stairs to go to our room, there was barely any light to see where we were stepping. Also, whenever our toilet paper was empty, they told us to buy it from the store instead of giving it to us. This is expected to be included in the rooms regardless, however it wasn’t.

The AC ensured good conditions for sleeping. The bathroom is very clean. 1. They didn't clean my room on any single day. I didn't have any cleaning equipment, so i wouldn't be able to to do the cleaning myself. So the last day the room was all over dirt. 2. The hotel doesn't ensure a duvet bedclothes, it would be a basic thing...
