Very good

The properties very clean and the staff very nice and helpful.

Great location, very close walking distance to the beach and main attactions. The view is wonderful with nice swimming pools. T staff is very nice and provide good overall service. Drink service and bar with hot and cold drinks is very nice. The air conditioning units outside some of the rooms make a lot of noise and cause strange vibrations. One thing that can definitely be improved is the food. The breakfast was very simple and with almost no hot options like fried or scrambled eggs or omelettes which are standard in most hotels The lunch and dinner did not have much variety with only a few hot options every day and the same sides. Food in general could be made much better with some effort.

The view from the terrace was amazing It is not all inclusive! You have to pay deposit to get beach or swimming towels, pay for safety box inside the room, pay for Turkish coffee , they change the towels every two days, if ur towel gets dirty no chance to change until 2 days. The food was disgusting . The airco was facing the bed so u will become sick if u turn it on

The location was nice, very close to everything, great view. You need to pay for the sunbeds on the beach. The selection of food was ok, but I have had much better quality and selection in Alanya for the same price.

We loved this hotel!! The view from the rooms/restaurant/anywhere in the hotel is simply phenomenal. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and courteous - we were blown away by the hospitality. The cleaning crew also did a great job - our room was cleaned daily and we did not have any complaints. I don't usually like to stay at the same places, but I will definitely come back to Sunny Hill Alya, if I return to Alanya. My only comment is that the hotel is located on a hill, so coming back from the beach is a good 10-minute walk, which didn't pose a problem to us, but want to caution those who might not love the daily climb :) Maybe there could be a few more lawnchairs by the pool or a better management system of those lawnchairs - people would "reserve" their charis by putting towels on them in the morning, and then leaving for hours at a time, which seemed unfair to the other guests coming mid-day, when there are more than half of empty lawn-chairs with towels on them. But this is such a small detail - I had to think for a while before coming up with what could be improved.

The view was amazing moreover the style and layout of the rooms was wonderful. The staff was also very polite and helpful.

The meals were horrible. Breakfast not too bad, but only white bread and not orange juici for free. Lunch and dinner was so bad so we had to eat at the pool bar, at least they had pommes frites. Dinner we had to eat in the city cleaning of the room was most times not until four or five in the afternoon. That is not acceptable.

The hotel was immaculate and continously clean. Staff were available 24 hours of the day and were always happy to help. Food was very nice, whether that be for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. Pools and sunbeds were always available. The only thing I would advise would be for some entertainment during the evening and nights. There were a couple of entertainment events booked for the evening, however they never materialised.
