Wonderful hotel, period. While it is not located in the heart of Alberobello, sometimes it is nice to be able to disconnect from it all and simply rest. The hotel is huge, with lots of wonderful rooms and great service. Their restaurant and breakfast are really good. Well worth it.

generally speaking NO, stuff is unhelpful, rules of the hotel are kept in secret during booking and check in so you are "surprised" in only bad way. beds remember garibaldi and there is no comfort. rooms are dirty. manager exist only if you have something positive to solve - any challenges and he is gone. Don't visit this place it is dirty, in the middle of nowhere with unfriendly and unhelpful stuff. they do have pool, that was the only reason why we went there with our 5 years old Son - sad to mention that apparently it turned out that is adult only. anywhere during the booking or check in process it is written that pool / spa area is adult only - big minus both for booking.com and this place.

The room are new, the bed is very comfortable. The pool is nice even though kids were always there. The restaurant was very very good. The breakfast was very poor. They told us it closes at 10 and we went there at 9.30, but most of the food was already over.

The tranquillity. Rooms are clean Breakfast area is nice. Breakfast selection is good. Breakfast and reception staff are friendly and helpful AC wasn't working properly in the room. It would have been very bad if we stay more than one night. There was no hot water in the shower. Only freezing cold water. Towels at the pool are chargerable even for in-house guest. After you pay for the room, it's not proper to charge again for towels. For a 4-star resort, the least you could expect is complimentary bottled water upon arrival..

Large reception area with a bar. Large rooms with comfortable wide beds. We had to ask for breakfast dishes to be replenished and for the coffee order to be taken. And the indoor pool should be complimentary for guests!

The hotel was nice, the room was nice, had great parking right next to the hotel. The check in staff were very nice When we checked in there were no bell boy to help with the suitcases. Breakfast was mainly set up for groups, we didn't know and after we sat down and started eating we were rudely told to move to the corner. The groups finished all the eggs and we had to wait a long time for them to refill. The waiter was unpleasant and rudely answered me re coffee.

Beautiful property, well kept, close to attractions, excellent breakfast with gluten free options. Bed and pillows could have been softer and would have liked both lower a/c temp and higher fan speeds (or a separate fan).

The bathrooms are extremely small, there is no shower curtain. In one of the trullos where we stayed the water from the shower flooded the bedroom so they had to move us to a different trullo. The second trullo at night had a dehumidifier which was making a very loud noise so we couldn’t sleep and ended up changing trullo again.
