Hotel Lanzillotta

Posizione centalissima, terrazzo ben ventilato e stanza asciutta, edificio storico, elegante e armonico, camera ben pulita, personale professionale e accorto, colazione eccellente e per tutti i gusti. Premetto che l'albergo ci è piaciuto e che il personale è stato gradevolissimo. Considerando però le 4 stelle e la fascia di prezzo, è doveroso fare qualche appunto: stanza troppo piccola (nonostante fosse la seconda in ordine di grandezza del piano), letti con materassi cedevoli che imbarcano, qualche trascuratezza nel bagno (delle luci specchio, una era fulminata e l'altra sfarfallava), mancanza di ganci per gli asciugamani, TV mal sintonizzata (ma questo non ci ha minimamente infastidito).

The location was great. Right in the heart of the town center. Dinner in the restaurant below the hotel was very good. We enjoyed the top floor and the deck off the room. The deck gave us a nice view of Alberobello. Breakfast could have been better with more selection.

The breakfast was okay, there was a good variety of types of food to choose from. The staff was helpful. The furniture and overall feel of the room was not really good. There was a lot of stuff crammed in the small space and all of it had scratches and signs of heavy use. The bathroom was in the same condition as the furniture. Nothing too dramatic but they would do well to renovate a bit.

Great location, very nice staff, clean property Poor soundproof. You can hear banging doors all night especially when there’s a big group.

Amazing stuff, were so kind and helpful! Very good location silence and close to both touristy area and the train station, clean and beautiful and very nice breakfast:) Truly everything was perfect especially the stuff each one of them! Definitely recommend

The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very perfect, right at the center of the town. Not so much to complain!

The location, the free breakfast, friendly staff, AC fridge, hot water and slippers. Internet was good. There is no kettle the breakfast is typical but it’s free. The coffee machine was not great. There’s a balcony, but you can’t really hang out because the sun strikes you. There’s no cover. It’s noisy out. It is a busy area. You can’t hang out either because your neighbor is too close for comfort. The room is tiny, but it’s OK for one person or two small people. The TV didn’t work well.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good-sized. The location was close to the trulli areas. The room was quite small.

Location was perfect! Otherwise a pretty ordinary hotel.

Perfect hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was really nice. Thank you! Clearly 10/10. I can really recommend. Please do something with the internet connection - even now when the hotel is almost empty - the wifi is really slow.

The sofa bed in our room was uncomfortable, especially on the second night when the mattress sagged in the middle

That was a very good stay and in fact reached all my expectations .

breakfast could be better

The location was everything, right in the middle of where you would want to stay! The man in the breakfast room was so sweet and helpful and kind to me, he had such a lovely aura. The two women on reception when I checked in were quite rude to me and I could tell by their body language that they said something bad about me in Italian that made me feel uncomfortable.
