The owner was extremely friendly, and property was well kept.

Peaceful country location

I made a reservation and when we went there there was a family room with 1 bathroom, and we were 5 people, 1 of whom was a pregnant woman. We asked if we could get 1 more apartment, they told us they didn't have any. At 4 pm I tried to cancel the reservation, but I didn't get any answer. We didn't received anything and we paid THE FULL PRICE!!

We loved our stay here, amazing facilities and great hosts. Who were even accommodating with our very late check-in. If you stay make sure you have the house special spritz by the pool. It is not to be missed!

Superb

Great location, very helpful host, splendid breakfast, the building. Access to washing machine. Kitchenette rather lacking, would have preferred to have a window to see outside, very limited clothing storage.

Calm place with great view, delicious homemade dishes, warm and clean room, ping-pong facilities. It was beautiful to play tennis after the breakfast ??

This place was exactly what we were looking for since we had pets. They had plenty of room to roam. Likewise, we enjoyed the peace and quiet, yet it was close enough to Alberobello and Fasano (where we visited Zoosafari). Having breakfast outdoors under the patio was really nice and the food/beverages were good. Homemade marmellata, yummy! Inside the home provide plenty of space, two bedrooms, living and dinning space, for a family of four with two dogs. We had everything we could possibly need. The pool area was great, too! The outdoor landscape was unsightly. The upkeep lacked.

Spacious, well equipped room, beautiful swimming pool, possibility to order delicious dinner, proximity to Alberobello, basic cornetto for breakfast This place has so much untapped potential, that would be great to place some sunbeds, umbrellas, lights and flowers in the yard to make it charming

Excellent location, near the Alberobello, very tranquility and nice owners. Very good breakfast, lovely room and the most valiuable thing - the pool. :) Very reccomended. /

The owner and his daughter were wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful at all times, they kindly gave us freshly made food when we arrived late in the evening. We loved everything about the place. Our room was in fact a very nice apartment much bigger than we expected. It included a private terrace with table and chairs. The large pool and the beautiful and well-kept area around the pool were a blessing after a hot day visiting the surroundings. The location was ideal with nice towns to visit at short distance besides Alberobello. The estate is away from the main road so we enjoyed the peace and the view on the surrounding hills and nearby vineyards. That we had to leave.

Everything by was excellent! Nothing

The location is great. You can visit a lot in the area. The agritoursmo was located in a very quiet zone. The pool is great en very peacefull Mariana is super friendly and always somewhere around whit advise and drinks We would have loved the coffee in the morning before the breakfast and not afther or when we were almost finisched eating. Maybe there can be a little more varitaty in the choises , like meat or cheese. Sometimes the music was a little to loud in the morningtime.

The pool area was excellent, well kept and very comfortable. The view was also panoramic. The owner/keeper Luciano was helpful, however he needs help to maintain the area and give a better service. The room was not comfortable enough especially the shower/bathroom was very small. The shower was not spotless. The steps leading to the upper room were not practical. The breakfast was good however, it was always the same for the full stay that is croissants, plain sliced bread and butter and 3 types of jam, biscuits and watermelon ?. It would have been nice to taste some local food as it is being called so an agriturismo estate. Additionally, we didn't feel the atmosphere of an agriturismo as it is listed. The photos are outdated except for the pictures of the pool area as the pool area was excellent as mentioned. We had the impression that we had booked to stay in a trullo however this was at the backside of the property, so once again the images were incorrect. The only animals were some cats which probably these are not cared for unfortunately as they were very hungry and thirsty. Overall we thought that this was very low value for money.

Quiet, Cozy and Charming Property. What an amazing place for the family or for a couple. Conveniently located near Alberobello. The trullo we stayed at was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The pool in the shape of a trullo is gorgeous. Luciano, Mariana and their team were amazing hosts, very friendly and extremely helpful, they made sure our stay was perfect! Thank you Luciano and Mariana! We’ll definitely come back! Nothing. Everything was amazing!

Nice and quiet place.

Really beautiful farm house. The man running the farm house was lovely. I really recommend staying here for a night or two for a quiet break. The breakfast was lovely as was the pool Nothing
