Il personale era gentilissimo, i ragazzi alla reception erano di grande aiuto. La struttura è molto transandata. Non è colpa del personale, è tutto troppo grande e probabilmente non riescono a gestire tutto in poche persone. Abbiamo speso la prima ora del nostro arrivo a cambiare lampadine. La piscina era di colore nero e non siamo entrati. Non c'è manutenzione da mesi. La colazione era abbondante ma non era di qualità. Era meglio avere tre cose buone che tutto il buffet non di buona qualità.

Property is not maintained and the pictures are not updated. All the facilities are old. The breakfast is stuffed with very cheap food and unhealthy treats.

Good breakfast with decent selection.Large and clean rooms and bathrooms. Was a little warm at 27°C and we couldn't adjust the temperature even was a panel inside indicating it.

The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful, but the location is remote, if you don't have transport, it is far away from everything. No ridesharing (Uber etc), taxi, bus available. If you want to go to visit nearby attractions, or go buy things from a market, you need a car/motorcycle.

I want to make a complaint and as for a full refund of the booking I made. We booked this hotel and the details of the room including the pictures displayed in the app were different from the ones we found the room. Upon arrival at night the room was very cold, apart from that the room had a smell of a dead animal most likely coming from the ventilation system because that's where it was more noticeable so the whole room smell like dead animal which is unhealthy to be exposed. Entering the bathroom, the sink was detached and full of mold around it. The shower had no curtain and the bathtub was leaking which ended up having the whole floor flooded after showering which again represents a danger for us, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We had a horrible night and we arrived exhausted from traveling, we couldn't sleep the entire night and on top of that at 6 am we had a dog (from the room next to us) barking nonstop. During the day we're very tired, it felt like a punishment having to sleep there and until now I'm still feeling the odor of the dead animal we inhaled and is making me feel sick. I would like a compensation from this terrible experience and putting our mental and physical health and well-being at risk. It is unacceptable the hotel still runs in this conditions, this should be fixed and compensated. I'm happy to provide all the proof of the room conditions and the difference from the pictures displayed in the app. Thank you for your support.

Location and parking The room was probably in a building that was a nursing home, the facilities were not comfortable and really old. No toilet seat. Was very high, for disabled probably. ?

The room was humid and dark as the bathroom.

The bed was uncomfortable because the double was just two single beds put together and rolled on a wheel, what moved, as you moved in the bed The internet was not working in the room only at the reception

Good and quiet location yet only 10 minutes from Alberobello. Lovely surroundings and great pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the selection was good. We found the beds very hard, a mattress topper would be a good idea. The eggs and bacon were cold as put out early without anything to keep them warm.
