What an amazing and unique place. Wonderful outdoor walkways to you own “adobe house” as your room. Especially wonderful was our stay in La Cascada - a closed courtyard, table & chairs, two-person patio swing, water feature, and hot tube… all private and all ours! My only complaint would be that the hot tube was set too high in temp. Would be better to consider a “cool tub” during the summer months. Other than that, it was fantastic.

We found this hotel has rustic charm. It’s an old apartment complex turned hotel. The grounds are like a maze and when checking in, you’re shown around the property, where to park, the hot tubs and then your room. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tubs. The room is lovely and truly serves as a small apt. A couple of things to improve on - the bed is high and stepping stools should be in each apt. We had to ask a couple of times to get one as I’m very short. The kitchen is nice but no cooking pots and pans and no silverware. There are glasses and plates and I think a mic. There should be two staff on while one is showing around then there is someone at the front desk. Part of the problem of getting a stepping stool is the front desk person was running around serving guests.

Staff was very friendly. Facility was very nice and had a southwestern feel. Made to order breakfast was nice Nice pool area and grounds. Lot of art and outdoor fountains Parking was nice For Seniors, I do not recommend rooms with claw foot bathtub/shower. There are no grab bars and very high and hard to get into and out of. Same with the toilet, very low and no grab bars.

I absolutely loved our bungalow and it felt like you were tucked away in your own lil world, so peaceful! The art work and details are beautiful on the whole property. Renae at the front desk was great and gave us tips on where to go eat dinner in Old Town which was walking distance. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly! Our only regret was only getting to enjoy it for one night.. But definitely will be going back! Nothing.. It was great!

the outdoor community hot tubs are a wonderful add on from previous stays, the breakfast is amazing and the beds were comfy and most of the staff were friendly. We are returning guests to Casa de Sueños and have always looked forward to our stays with you. Manzano is our favorite casita, with La Casada being our second favorite. Because staying at Casa de Sueños is a special expense for us, we usually reserve a visit for a special occasion and really look forward to the opportunity to get away. Unfortunately, this time we stayed in the Secret Garden casita and were very disappointed with our overall experience. Our lives are extremely busy with working full-time and helping care for our elderly parents, so opportunities to get away together are rare and meaningful to us. In the past, Casa de Sueños has been a place where we could relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The Secret Garden, however, did not give us that same experience. The casita felt very small, compact, dark, and closed in compared with the other casitas we have stayed in, which feel much brighter, more open, and airy. The room containing the private hot tub takes up a significant amount of space, and the overall layout made the casita feel very compartmentalized. There is also no kitchenette or convenient source of running water. Even to make coffee, we had to squeeze through the bedroom, past the large dresser, to get into the bathroom for water. We found ourselves feeling cramped and disorganized throughout our stay because there was so little functional space for our belongings. We were also disappointed with the private hot tub. Although it appeared newer, the jets seemed to have only one setting, and the water pressure hitting our backs was extremely hard and uncomfortable. More importantly, I had a total hip replacement last year, and there were no steps to safely get into or out of the hot tub. I was genuinely concerned about falling, so I did not feel comfortable using it. We ended up spending our time using the community hot tubs instead, which were wonderful. The outdoor atmosphere there is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing and was m

The place is nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious.

We liked everything about our stay. Accommodations were very nice, plenty of room. All of the staff were terrific and top notch in terms of responsiveness. The claw foot tub and wraparound shower curtain was a little cumbersome to navigate but in terms of aesthetics it was in keeping with the rest of the decor. This is not a criticism at all.

Beautiful spot. We will be staying there again

Really neat set up. Old casitas transformed into a nice little enclave of beautiful individual places to stay. Quaint. Amenities were nice. Bed was comfortable. Up to date entertainment. Proximity to Old Town was great. I could walk there. Parking in Old Town is a hassle, so it was nice to be able to walk instead. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood outside, my car was in a driveway which was okay, but I was a little worried about it at night. There were a few bugs also, but it was August in Albuquerque.

This is a historic hotel. It is quirky. That is exactly why I chose it. It is charming. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The included hot breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The grounds are inviting with lots of space to relax. The hot tub is clean and beautiful. Are the floors even, not completely. Are the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom pristine and new? No. But it is clean and the shower was a good one. It is easy walking distance to the Old Town Plaza and restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again.

Our two queen bed suite was spacious, but the floors were very creaky, and there were quite a few mosquitoes inside. Jacuzzi was more trouble than it was worth – – took about eight minutes to fill up the tub 3/4 of the way, and the Jacuzzi jets were so powerful (even on the lowest setting) that they sprayed water all over the walls and shower curtain. I also wish the showerhead was bendable and had different flow settings.

The main things we liked were the made to order breakfast and the hot tubs.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired, the food was ok, the service was not. As far as staff is concerned, Renee was especially helpful Breakfast service was sub-par
