Great hotel! Great staff and great food!
-
I love the Embassy Suites and the Albuquerque location did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and I love the amenities they provide. I want to give a shout out to the omelet chef; he was great!

We walked in and the air conditioner wasn’t working, they did send a maintenance man up right away and he fixed that. Overall it was a good stay. We will be staying again but hope for a little cleaner bathroom.
-
The beds wear terrible the water pressure was terrible we would never stay at this location again
-
Even though I paid more to get two beds, there were non available when I showed up. I should've been reimbursed the difference or the room shouldn't even have been posted as available.

We booked a King sized bedroom online but the staff gave us two queen size bed and the bedsheets were crumpled:-) We used to stay with Embassy suites whenever we go on vacation because we like their suite room and good service but this time we were disappointed and we're not happy with our stay:-(

Staff was very helpful!

Donovan was our server. He was such a pleasant and enjoyable person! He was attentive and made it a point to learn our names and needs. Because of him we made it a point to eat dinner in the hotel every night. He is definitely an asset and Excellant representative of Embassay’s branding. We recommend any recognition be granted to Donovan for his Excellant service.

Outside of that, my stay was short and sweet.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was terrific. Our room did not have the included microwave. One was eventually brought but it didn't work. The replacement microwave worked but had problems. Housekeeping never made our bed. We found a shard of glass on the carpet when we arrived. Didn't know they charged $15 a day to park until we checked out.

An older property but staff fantastic & breakfast wonderful. We had 2 small dogs but…our room smelled of bleach & urine plus 98% sure the room had fleas!!! My dogs do not have fleas I know as I treat them for them regularly nor do they use the restroom indoors. Very disappointing & grossed out in the room.

Charged for parking and reservation was for 2 beds and only had a 1 bed with a roll out couch

Dinner in their restaurant was excellent!!

The hotel was great. Using Expedia to book the room was NOT! I am officially done using Expedia. We purchased a very specific room on Expedia to accommodate two young boys with special needs, my wife, and myself who has my own specific medical needs. Upon arriving at the hotel at around 10:30 pm, we were told by the hotel that the room Expedia sold us earlier that afternoon, had not been available for at least a week. They reported that Expedia was starting to do this more and more. Mixing up reservations, booking rooms that aren't available. The hotel staff was very friendly and apologetic, wanting to do more but they were completely booked. The Expedia staff on the other hand, despite the false advertising and selling us a room that wasn't adequate for our needs, resulting in a very bad nights sleep and some medical issues that next day as a result, seemed to do very little to help. Well... they did offer to try and find a similar room in Albuquerque at 11:30 at night if we wanted to gather everything and take that gamble. At that point I didn't trust Expedia to find us anything better. I was told I could not get a refund since the reservation was canceled, even though they sold me something that didn't exist. Only told they could try and contact the hotel to get me a refund in the difference of the price of the two rooms. Only, the room we ended up would have been $15 more than what I already paid. So there was no money to be refunded. Expedia = Buyer beware

Locations is spacious and quiet. Everyone was polite and helpful. Drinks and food were good.

The hotel is adjacent to I-25, but it and our room were quiet. We could not see the Sandia mountains from our "mountain view" room on the 2nd floor--you need to be on a higher floor to see over the highway. The hotel was booked when we arrived about 1/2 hour before check-in time. The staff did their best, but we had to wait about 30 mins. after check-in time for our room. There were no luggage carts available -- it's a large facility so the hotel could use more of them -- so we had to make several trips to our room. The workout room had the usual equipment. However, there was only 1 mat for floor work and no free weights between 5 lbs. and 10 lbs. The breakfast, which was included, was exceptional with extensive hot and cold offerings! The made-to-order chefs were amazingly fast and the food was delicious. The hotel rooms all face an interior atrium with a fountain feature. Self-parking was available at $15/night.
