Michael the shuttle bus driver was great, very helpful and professional

Staff was very cordial. Room was quite comfortable with decent pillows and a comfortable mattress.

We reserved a handicap room. I asked again when I checked in and she said it was. There were no handrails in the bathroom. We checked in late and were exhausted so we just stayed in that room. Thank goodness my wife did not fall down.

Clean room and property and the staff was nice enough, but not very helpful. I reserved a room with a king size bed and thought it had a roll a way or roll out sofa for 3 adults. However, when we went to check in, they had no extra beds/sofa for a 3rd adult. I asked if they could at least give us some extra bedding, and they gave us ONE blanket. Therefore, we had to go and buy an Air matress and bedding. The next morning we were taking advantage of the complementary breakfast, which was not one of your better ones, and my mom was not quite done when the attendant was cleaning and picking up, he took my mom's plate and threw it away without asking if she was done. So hold on to your plates!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service?

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good. The oatmeal was my favorite, offering a variety of toppings.
