Very nice. I had a mixup with rooms and I had to pay for an extra room even though I was not using it and they were very helpful to get a refund for me especially the morning attendant

Everything was great except for the noise of workers dropping pipe or other metal which woke us up.

Liked the newer technology in the rooms, spacious, and best breakfast food at a motel!

I had the perfect room. In the corner of the 3rd floor. I could look out my window and see my vehicle - across the hall was the fire exit and the hall window I had a beautiful view of the mountains! The room and all the hotel clean and well maintained.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in many many years. Staff was friendly and breakfast was well stocked and clean.

Nothing I came at check in, and my room was not ready. Then the lady asked me to wait while they cleaned it. 30 more minutes and nothing I noticed the lady who checked me had left. So, I went to the front desk and asked and the new lady when my room would be ready. She didn't seem to know what I was talking about and checked me in for the 2nd time. Then when we got to the room, we were tired, so we went to bed, was not until the next morning when I needed to shower that we went to dry off with one of the provided towels and it was hanging up when we got it down it was covered in blood. Then I started to inspect the room more and found it was never cleaned. They also served breakfast at 7 am which is inconvient for those that are traveling. I wouldn't stay no recommend this property to anyone. Disgusting

It was a great experience for me!

Breakfast was bad old and cold at 7am. Pool weas dirty, You could not step out of the front door when checking in without a card, "for security reasons" This place has really gone down hill.

The property felt like it wasn’t in a good area. Was fenced and gated but the fence look like someone drove through the back. Otherwise room and staff was pleasant.

The hotel is in a safe area but it is tucked away. The GPS took us there but I think it would have been hard to find without assistance. The staff was great. We asked for recommendations for supper and the place they recommended was wonderful. It is very close to shopping and many fast food restaurants. Breakfast was very good. They had crab and go bags if you are in a hurry.

On this visit the the hot tub was open. However, upon entering the pool area the smell was very pungent as if the chemicals were not properly balanced. In the evening the hot tub was so frothy you could not tell how dirty it was. The smell and the questionable foam kept me from trying it. My husband who is braver did get in briefly and said it was only warm. I tried the pool instead but it appeared so cloudy I decided it was not worth the risk. Also the concrete around the hot tub, shower, and pool has become discolored from either dirt or mold of some sort. The next morning when we checked out the Hot Tub was not running so you could visibly see how dirty is was. This location has been very convenient for us and we have stayed here many times in the last five years. Once it was very clean and comfortable. After three disappointing stays I will find another spot.

Ac/heating unit sounded like an airplane taking off (when turned on) and landing (when turned off). Then when the wind was blowing it whistled loud enough to wake us up.
