Nice place . Decently priced. Nice size casino with plenty of slot machines. Food court and table games.

The rooms really should have microwaves. Especially, since there are restaurants downstairs. For instance, you buy and expensive combo of fries and a burger but happen to not finish it. So you want to eat it for breakfast, well you will have to eat it cold because there is not a place to warm it up. The other option is to throw it away. AS IF YOU HAVEN'T SPENT ENOUGH MONEY ON YOUR TRIP. Just saying!!!! It's a serious thought to ponder.

Housekeeping was great. Some of the lights in the room were not working so nighttime was a little dark. The shower door leaked at the bottom, we had to use extra towels to soak up water. The dealers on the Craps table were learning and making mistakes. When called out they were argumentative. This was on a weekend, should be the best dealers not worst. Food court is a 2 1/2 star. Sports book Bartenders great but the middle section Bartenders were rude and had their own little drama going on. I can't remember the guys name but he was tall, slight build, dark hair and I can't say enough about how bad he was. Bell service leaving on a Monday took an hour, they forgot to come up, don't hesitate to call and check on them. I had to go down to front desk to inquire.

Clean room and all amenities worked. Great stay! Maybe just change out the sheets for new ones , can tell they’ve been washed and used awhile just by the peeling of the material

Hotel was very clean - Staff Amazing - the room was bigger that I thought it was going to be - big plus. The bathroom needs a little updating but overall we would stay again.

Great Casino and resort!! Enjoyed playing golf as well, staff and management very helpful and pleasant.

This was the best experience we have had at a hotel in Albuquerque. So much so my wife declared that we are only going to stay here when we come to visit Albuquerque twice a year.

For the price I expect a better stay. Most hotels have ample toiletries in their showers, however this hotel only offered a travel size bottle. The showers were outdated with poor water pressure and barely functioning shower head. Not worth the price

Pool was closed :( but amazing staff and crew. I appreciate cleanliness of this hotel!

Pool closed for maintenance remodel. Why would you close pool in middle of summer. Should have scheduled this in the winter. No compensation for no pool and was not advised of pool closure til reservation was made and we were arriving.
