Isleta Resort and Casino

Everything was great except for a dog that was barking in the middle of the night for about 45 minutes in the room right across from us. Security took care of the issue kudos to them. But it woke us up and it was hard to go back to sleep.

Signage was great and could easily maneuver to area needed in hotel and casino. Gentleman at registration desk unfriendly and seemed to wish he was anywhere but there.

The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was updated and clean. Cleaning service was great as well.

In our room, the tub was dirty, there was black mold in the bathroom up by the ceiling in 2 places and when the people above us flushed the toilet it bubbled up in ours. Yikes! Staff was nice and helpful but we will not stay there again.

I had 2 rooms reserved but I had to check out at 11 am then return at 4 to check in for my other room. Lots of wasted time. I wish they could of accommodated me a little better

It was ok , not what I expected , staff was helpful.

It was our first time staying and we were impressed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very amicable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditionng worked well. The bed was comfortable. The shower head could be replaced. The temperature of the shower was very warm and hot. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I really liked this hotel kind of far from downtown Albuquerque , stores and restaurants but this hotel had a small food court and a sports bar. I also liked the indoor pool.
