Beautiful resort!

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and professional.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced here, and it seems like every time I stay, something goes wrong. Because of these repeated disappointments and the lack of customer service to make things right, I won’t be staying here again. In the future, I’ll likely choose Isleta Casino instead.

Rooms are as sound proof as a cheap road side motel. Everything else was fine. Pool was really nice and staff are helpful.

Our room was perfect. Room darkening shades were awesome for a great sleep. The restaurants were average at best. The pool was so cold no one was using it. lol. But the hotel was in amazing condition

The swimming pool was not anything like on the website. That was the primary reason to stay at this resort. The lady by the elevators gave me a hard time getting to my room...the gentleman was way nicer and polite.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was so kind , helpful and available. Perfect service all the way! Food was excellent. Room was comfortable and very clean. I lost $$$ at the slots but my husband won it back on blackjack table !! My husband played golf and LOVED the course. Pool is beautiful. We will be back!

Nice room and casino. We were a little surprised that you couldn't drink on the casino floor but in retrospect it was probably a good decision.

Our room was cleaned and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was awesome and my children loved it.

Hands down my favorite casino hotel experience to date!! This was our first stay here and we were very pleased. The room had a LOVELY soaking tub in addition to a shower. We have allergies and chemical sensitivities and it can be difficult while traveling to find some place that is scent and allergen free. I do not know if this hotel is hypoallergenic but nothing triggered any reactions in us. This is rare as most hotels use fragranced cleaners or air fresheners. This one did not seem to and instead just smelled clean; that is to say, like nothing at all. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very kind and they offer valet and bell service so we did not have to haul our own luggage. The room and bathroom were very spacious and I suspect could be easily navigated by those who use a walker or other assistive devices. Sandia is well worth driving a little off of the freeway and we were disappointed that it was booked up the next time we passed through ABQ.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous swimming pool and golf course, great food in The Council Room, friendly staff, lively casino. We have stayed here many times and always keep coming back.
