Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

Thecstsy was good Quiet , safe , The room had stain and air unit was broken , Plus you have to register to Park your car.. takes time when you just want to get to room & rest , Water in rooms are not for Hilton non members cost is $2.00 per bottle

Room was roomy and quiet.

Due to a change in plan, had to check out early. Had paid in advance at the hotel, but hotel is being difficult in refunding my prepaid funds. Still waiting for the matter to be resolved!! Situation occurred 9 days ago.

It is close to the airport,has a shuttle My room was next to the gym, noise, my window view not the best. The bathroom is dangerous, the water goes over the floor outside and I needed to cover with towels to do not slip.,

Everything was great and to our liking

The bed was very comfortable so were the pillows. The shuttle service to the airport and the driver were excellent. You couldn't adjust the shower head and the pressure was almost non-existent. The snack bar downstairs had little to no selection. Only one elevator was working and according to the shuttle driver it has been down for quite a while.

The rooms are nice very nice The fact that im already paying almost $300 for the two nights, on too of that i have to pay for parking $15 a night plus $10 a night for wifi?? Thats ridiculous

Marijuana. We called to complain because we were getting nauseous from the smell and nothing was done. It was a terrible experience and we had to get an early flight out without much sleep.

The comforters were plastic waterproof mats.shower had no body wash. Thank goodness I brought my own. The restaurant was convenient the bar was great, but it was difficult to get into due to maps not being up to date.

Quiet comfortable amenities Our car was broken into. What good is pole to enter and exit? Don't keep anything in your car here.

Less than we have experienced in the past. Hope the remodel helps, but not terribly good.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful breakfast was pretty good. Problems was how I had to pay for parking each day and how the bathroom door was very loud when I called maintenance they just said "lift it up while closing the door" and left didn't even bother fixing it. But overall good
