Sonesta ES Suites Albuquerque

This motel was in a sketchy neighborhood. Homeless looking people loitering in the streets nearby. Room was old and had a bad odor. Left first thing in the morning. Will not be returning.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. A little loud being next to I40. Cockroaches in our unit and dying on the sidewalks outside, not pleasant

My wife and I and our kids were treated right. We were treated with so much respect. Loved to stay here.

I had an excellent experience. The place was totally packed and yet it felt very quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast and the workout room.

And the staff. The staff were amazing. They are very helpful. They are very genuinely nice.

Super comfortable room , lots of space, Walmart and Whole foods near by , so easy access for shopping. Rooms are a little run down and in need of some TLC , but nothing too serious. The pool was a big plus for a hot Albuquerque day . If they had some more umbrellas for shade that would be wonderful.

Our room was nicely renovated from the old Residence Inn; clean, comfortable, good shower.

The problem began before our arrival. It wasn't mentioned in the online room information that not only was the room upstairs, within the room was a very steep set of stairs to the second bedroom. We were able to switch rooms but with some difficulty over the refund of the difference in the room rates. The property is looking a bit run down. The room hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. We found dry dog food nuggets throughout the livingroom and bedroom areas. The mirror was smeared and dirty, but he bed linens were clean and the beds were comfy. At breakfast, food choices weren't being refilled, even after we told the attendant that they were empty. I don't think I would stay there again.

Pet friendly, staff is nice. Rooms are a bit dated and dark but overall great value for the price.

The place is central to a lot of entertaining places. The place was very clean and quiet

We were met with great hospitality. Elios was very helpful with information on the area and nearby place to listen to music and have a bite. (We arrived later in the day) Breakfast offerings was fabulous

The staff was very good! they were helpful and friendly each time I talked to them. They were the best part of the stay. the location was good. Right in the middle of Albuquerque The room did not look clean. It wasn't dirty it was just old and tired. The carpet looked dirty and the room just needed a fresh coat of paint. Everything was just dingy and old. NO free internet. The AC was not on when we checked in. The room was extremely hot. It took almost three hours to get the room cooled off. Luckily, we stayed two nights, so the second night was comfortable. The lack of parking was a big deal as well. Breakfast was fair at best.
