Staybridge Suites North - Albuquerque by IHG

Facility was not as pictured on website - much smaller. No restaurant on-site, as suggested. On the 2nd day I noticed the entrance door for my room had at least a one inch slopping gap at the bottom. I heard everything passing by the room, especially the crying children. Had to put a large towel there to prevent anything (critters?) from entering. Breakfast was nice the first morning, but not acceptable on the 2nd day, with hot food that was not even warm but cold, no pastries like the 1st day, orange juice machine not working and when inquired there was nothing for backup, very disheveled food area, and dirty tables. When brought to the attention of the person in charge of the area, she just shrugged and did nothing to remedy the situation. I believe she understood my concerns, but did not want to correct anything. (Safety?) She needs more supervision, oversight, and training. The facility and rooms appeared clean and the front staff were pleasant and professional, but overall I will not return to a Staybridge. Unfortunate, as the location was ideal.

I've/we've stayed in many hotels & this one was nice. I stopped carrying my blow dryer for all the hotels we've stayed at, have them already. This particular hotel did not have a hair blow dryer. Overall, it was a great stay.

The outdoor lounge/fireplace area was a wonderful addition. Also, the outdoor barbeque area was a plus.

Staff very helpful but checked in about 9pm. Staff very shorthanded at night and had to wait about 15 min at front desk for someone to check us in.

Breakfast featured a generous spread while the evening snacks was a nice added touch. The on-site laundry facilities, equipped with modern washers and dryers, made it easy to keep our clothes fresh, and the well-maintained exercise room—with its range of cardio machines and free weights—offered a convenient way to stay active during our trip. The pet area and pool windows were located adjacent to our room, which was less than ideal. Additionally, we inadvertently left some clothing behind and were unable to recover them after contacting property.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, the included breakfast was OK.

Easy trip. Clean and spacious suite, great for our family. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was super nice and helpful.
