Door was a bit of a pain to open initially. Possibly operator error. Bathroom had a beetle next to toilet. Floor was dirty. Our bare feet were dingy quickly, would recommend slippers/shoes. Halfway through night put hand under long grey pillow, that doubles as a headboard, & came out with sand and other unknown things. Since it sits on top of bedding I questioned if it had been changed. Room was quiet despite proximity to Central & I25. Was impressed at live plants in room. Had 3 people in room & had plenty of space to move around each other.

Loved this adorable, retro motel! The staff were very friendly and the room was extremely clean.

The Imperial was a fun breath of fresh air for our 3-day weekend. What a creative concept. Our room was squeaky clean, which is a big deal to us, but all of the other areas were sparkling as well. We ate at the food court and enjoyed the Dive Bar twice during our weekend, and it was nice to be able to stay on the property and not have to drive anywhere.

Loved the room decor. Felt very spacious and comfortable. The pool area has potential but the furniture and umbrellas could use some updates. Had Thai for lunch at the food hall onsite and some delicious drinks at the bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place! Great coffee, nice manager, good amenities in the room, quiet. Good price. I love that they revitalized an older hotel and made it cute and retro!

This was so nice! I really enjoyed my stay. The parking lot is a little tight, but doable (only an issue if you have some huge vehicle instead of a car).

Fun stay at the Imperial Motel. The property is nicely renovated and restored with a fun 60’s style. We found the property comfortable and at a great value.

The room was spotless and welcoming. Loved the retro vibe; authentic, not tacky. The plants in the room were fresh and real. The outdoor area was unshaded

Clean & nicely renovated retro look. Surrounding area is ok

Loved the retro-chic touches they did in their recent renovation. Centrally located along Route 66 near downtown. We didn't get to use the pool and the adjacent cocktail lounge because of the rain, but maybe next time?! Had the complimentary coffee in the coffee shop which doubles as the front office, and it was quite good! Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
