The room was clean, ac works great. Friendly staff that are polite and professional. Not a bad price at all. Thank you!

Not worth the money. Old furniture and random room choices.

While the woman at the front desk was quite friendly and pleasant, the hotel was lacking. We found the elevator exactly where she said it would be, however, she failed to tell us it was out of service. The room had a musty smell to it. There was an old air vent looking thing under the sink. It was covered in dust/buildup, rust and was falling off the wall. The towels were rough and scratchy. Also, the location is in a janky looking area. We were just passing through, thankfully, but will not be staying here again.

I will definitely be there in the future. Great place to stay.

Muy bueno el hotel

Was a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, property. Only thing I would choose different is not having a room close to the door and by the stairs. Guest loud coming in at all hours . It's not a complaint just a learning experience. Stayed here before and enjoy the Querque Hotel. I recommend it

Pros. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Price was as advertised with our 3rd party booking company. Cons. Hotel was definitely dated. The hotel was in a industrial area of town where the interstates join. It felt sketchy. One of the elevators was broken and we had to walk all the way around the hotel to get to our room. People were out in the hallway until the middle of the night which woke my wife and I up at 2am. The pool was real dirty and I refused to let my family swim in it. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Over all, Hard for me to even give it 3 stars. I will not be back here.

Stayed of the first floor near the exit door staircase, and it was loud at all times of the day. The back entrance is left open for anyone to come in. The location is a good if you are looking to be around that area, not Santa Fe.

While we were not provided with a room with a view (as booked), we enjoyed our stay at The Querque. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was full of families, and the staff were helpful and kind. Would like to spend much more time in Albuquerque in the future!

Staff really helpful

Checked in and was told to park on the back of the building. Someone had been feeding and watering stray cats in the parking lot. They were everywhere!Got our luggage to the room and of course the TV wouldn't work. Not an issue since we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. After showering (which actually worked), we tried to go to sleep. The mattress was a foot thick bat of cotton! I've never seen a mattress so soft and unsupportive. While the mattress swallowed us up like quicksand, I noticed a constant humming and vibration coming through the headboard. Needless to say neither one of us slept much that night. We had to leave early the next morning, but I had asked the desk clerk when breakfast would be ready. She told me 6:00. I loaded it luggage up and we made it to the breakfast area at 6:10. Not only was there NO breakfast, but contractors that were staying there had already drank all the coffee that they had put out. Never again...

The pool was unexpectedly closed. Other than that the stay was great.

Pretty decent place for the price in a pretty sketchy neighborhood and so I can’t really complain too much

Unfortunately the first 2 rooms were not ok, broken sink, hair everywhere, dirty sheets. the 3rd room was tolerable but not what I hoped for. the property is dated so the grout, the tub, the walls, were all dirty because those things are hard to clean. staff was accommodating. breakfast was in a very small area so hard to maneuver.
-
The location the rooms were nice and cool. I didn't like having to carry my luggage up 2 flights if stairs because the elevator was busted.
-
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, property is starting to show some wear & use....but overall pleasant. Hot Tub didn't make Bubbles but was nice & Hot . Pool area was clean. Pleasant simple breakfast. Safe courtyard.
