Took my rental car back and got them to shuttle me to airport

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The room was quiet and clean, and everything seemed to be in working order. The bathtub grout & tile and bathroom walls needed some minor repairs, and the showerhead on top leaked, but still worked. The night staff during check-in was helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working very well during our stay. On the positive side, the location is convenient, very close to the airport and to several restaurants and places to eat. The airport shuttle service works as advertised, although we rented a car and did not use it much. The front desk employee was very kind, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, despite the convenient location and friendly staff, I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was clean, but not very comfortable. The bathroom had a strange layout, too, and was cramped on space. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, and the airport shuttle was especially nice. Breakfast was simple, so don't expect much.

Location was great, hotel room in general was comfortable, bed was clean We didn’t like that we had to spend almost 30 minutes cleaning the air filter because the room wasn’t really getting cold and that was why. There wasn’t a bible in the room

Your location was very close to my sister-in-law‘s house. Which made our visit very nice. We do enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast can be a lot better. It is very cheap very simple. It’s too bad. An Indian family owns the hotel!!

Overall hotel was great, pool was way too cold to enjoy for my old bones. Apparently someone was having a party the first night we stayed because the smell of Marijuana was overwhelming, but that is of no fault of the hotel. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

All was very good

Everything was wonderful. Building and room cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was great with choices thst would have made anyone happy. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming and quick to help when any need arise. I’ve stayed in more pricey hotels thst we’re nowhere near as good.
