New owners,took over a crack house,& completely transformed it into a nice safe comfortable place to stay,at a bargain price, Great Job!, I've stayed at fancy Casinos,that don't look at the details,This place does,5 stars

Loved one died same day of reservation, asked for a refund. Never received it, or any resolution, after I was assured that Expedia thought they could get me a refund from the hotel, because it was special circumstances. Dissapointing.

Everything was good. Except i killed 2 very large roaches.

I would not stay here again. There are many other choices …pick anything else. Hole in the bathroom door, knob kept coming off. No one in the front office anywhere. Want coffee? Yeah right…front office is locked..no one around. Beds were good, ours seemed new. No amenities, most basic of basics…which to me isn’t even the bare minimum.

I checked into my room 15 min. early with no problem from staff. They got me into my room very quick, welcomed my dog, and were very helpful recommending nearby places to eat. The renovations at Red Roof Inn have transformed an older property into an updated, family-friendly lodging. The room was clean, spacious, and without the typical malodor one would expect in a smoking room. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. No riff-raff from nearby guest rooms and no late night parties in the parking lot. I feel like I cheated the system getting this room for such a low price. Red Roof Inn surprised me in a good way.

The location was good for a quick in and out. We were given a key but not the location of the room. When I asked, I was sent on a wild goose chase. There was a roach and a water leak in the bathroom. Water was coming up from under the tiles. The bathroom was also dirty.
