SureStay Hotel by Best Western Alexandria

Stayed in 2nd floor. Full of cigarette smell in walkway and in room as well. Doesnt have elevator. TV not working. No hair dryer. Bathtub and toilets were not clean. Surprised to see rating higher than 3.5. Never again!! Avoid if travelling with family.

My girls and I stayed here for a softball tournament. The property looked clean for the outside but inside the halls smelled liked cigarettes. The rooms were clean but the breakfast was very limited.

Need an elevator,

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent, especially for the price. The A/C works well and the general location seemed pretty chill. No complaints with the staff or actual room. I will give the caveat that the whole hotel does reek of pot smoke and the lock on the exterior door to the second floor hallway is broken, so it doesn’t actually lock, but those things didn’t effect the stay overall.

The TV did not work in my room. They tried very hard to take care of it but was told needed another box for it which would have took days to get. They couldn't move me because they were booked. Going to request credit so I'll inform everyone. They tried their hardest.

The room was horrible the sofa had a hole in it the shower curtain was dirty had black mold on the bottom the toilet dirty the blankets burn holes

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean

No elevator so had to use stairs.

The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Easy access to rooms

Breakfast was just okay...had an issue with TV...but figured it out myself...point being nobody ever came to check it out...overall clean and quite place to stay.:)

Well it was cheap and all we needed was one night so it was good for that breakfast was good there were dips int eh floor on the second story that seemed to be from flooding around the vending machines and shower curtains had mold and smell of mildew throughout the whole second floor but workers were very kind

The overall stay was good however, there was no sheets on the sofabed , and it looked like it had mold on it as well as the air conditioning would leak water onto the floor. And the t v channels only a few word.
