Staff were helpful in making arrangements for our two room to be near each other on the same floor. The lobby furniture could use an update

Very nice service in the restaurant... There was no afternoon room service. We had to make our own beds for the children, even though we had booked in advance and the staff knew the number of guests. Fortunately, the manager showed a professional approach and managed to calm the situation.
