The breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious.

Not enough parking and difficult with a large SUV. Luckily there’s a Walgreens next door we were able to park at. It was fairly clean and breakfast was pretty good. I loved how there were nightstands on both sides of both beds, including a place to charge phones etc.

Great location, but if your room is in the front is loud. Breakfast good but not variety.

Liked that it was close to our families location. Didn't like the parking. Cars parked everywhere even in front of hotel lobby. And mold smell from a.c. ceiling water damaged looked still wet.

The rooms are large and clean. Comfortable beds. The lobby and communal areas have strange, random decor and odd furniture. The vending machines are weird. We decided to pass on the free breakfast and went out instead. The housekeeping staff were helpful with a lost item.

Clean rooms, good rate and location

Nothing fancy here. Clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, decent breakfast, and free onsite parking — all at a very reasonable price.

Courteous staff, quiet hallways, and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful in swapping out the non-functional ironing board in our room. We can't comment on the breakfast, because we checked out early the next morning. One piece of advice: check-in early for a parking spot. We did. The next morning, the small parking lot was filled, with some cars double-parked. A good experience overall.

Nice hotel friendly helpful staff very clean but definitely not a fancy hotel ,nevertheless the hotel is great.

The next morning, I woke up and found a car blocking my vehicle. I had an important appointment and didn’t want to be late. When I asked staff for help, they didn’t know whose car it belonged to and refused to have towed. They seemed unhelpful and took a whole hour to locate owner. I could hear them speaking in their language and laughing, which made me even more upset. Parking area is very crowded and I was not accommodated for the inconvenience or stress.

Your staff acknowledged the inconvenience and assured me that a refund would be provided. However, after I posted an honest 1-star review based on my experience, you are now refusing to honor that commitment. What is even more concerning is that guests are informed about such major issues only after arriving at the property. After a long journey, finding alternative accommodation at short notice is neither practical nor reasonable. If there are known issues affecting the property, why are guests and Booking.com not informed in advance, or reservations cancelled beforehand? My review reflects my genuine experience. As additional feedback, breakfast was also repetitive throughout my stay.
