The hotel staff was very kind and helped find a great driver/guide for a day trip we wanted to take in the area. Rooms are big and quite. Breakfast was mainly indian cusine. At the reception, we were offered a welcome drink. My wife drank it and was sick all over that night. Probably, the drink was made with tap water and not bottled/RO water. Also, The AC was too weak for the heat. During the night, we felt it was too hot.

The hotel is nicely presented. It's a clean comfortable environment, the beds are very soft and give a good nights sleep. It's fairly quiet and the staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to be accommodating and professional. With a decent breakfast included, my wife's parents and both of us as a couple found this quite good value for money. Looking at some of the other options in the local area we were very pleased we went with this one. It's very reasonable in terms of what we got. The surrounding area isn't great including the nearest beach. Although the road the hotel is in is nice and quiet, there's actually not a great deal to do and see nearby. It's best to travel half an hour or an hour away further down the coast to kashid beach or Nagaon beach which are bigger and less crowded. However, this is still one of the nicest hotels around this area and ideal as a base to come back to

Excellent staff, very good service, clean rooms, 40 mins drive from Manva jetty, centrally located in town, but no view. No view. Have to keep curtains shut all the time.

Hotel is nicely managed in a limited space. Utilization of the space is good. They managed swimming pool, kids play area well in Limited space. Restaurant were having limited options. Majority of the things were unavailable at the restaurant. Bedsheets were not that clean. Need to regularly check on cleanliness and maintenance. AC was not working properly in one of the room.

My stay with my family was very comfortable. Rooms are big and cozy. Location is also quite good. Hotel is very near to the Alibag Market. Hotel Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Saffron Restaurant is also very good. Food provided by the Restaurant was delicious. Buffet spread for Breakfast and Dinner is quite good. There seem to be lot mosquitoes around.

the rooms should be renovated they are damp at places and the paint is peeling off which gives bad odour
