Cleanliness was a major issue, as the hotel did not meet basic hygiene standards. The overall presentation and ambiance lacked appeal, making the space feel uninviting. Maintenance was poor, with noticeable signs of neglect throughout the property. Additionally, the mismatched color combinations created a visually uncoordinated and unsettling atmosphere, further diminishing the experience. To top it off, the experience did not justify the cost, making it far from a value-for-money stay

Location is good , Rooms are clean No window , limited in room dining menu , staff was very irresponsible, took 20 minutes to give the bill due to which almost missed my train

Location wise absolutely great. It's on the same compound as the railway station The rooms were stinking. When we asked them to change they said we can't do anything. They asked us to pay extra for an upgrade to a better room. Only when we said we'll shift to another hotel and raise this with booking.com they agreed to give us a better room without charging extra.

Although it is near station but staying in this hotel was very good experience for all round behaviour of staffs. Food supplied exactly what we wanted and as per our request with very much cordial manner. Only problem was parking area. Vehicle is to be parked in common place Railway parking at 100ft away. Only parking. Hotel does not have their parking in front of the hotel. It is observed that a big parking place is under process in front of the hotel.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Please never book this place. Railway platform is better place to stay. Everything was just terrible and bad

Nothing Location was inside railway station which disturbed my sleep entirely. Basic facilities like glass to drink water, facility to hang clothes were not available. Dilapidated and dirty furniture including bed were adding to the existing problems. Nothing except hand wash was provided in the wash room. Key holder for making light was broken. Services by the staff was poor. Breakfast was not up to standard. The hotel is not eligible for star 1 level. Please don’t ask any future customer about this hotel.
