Bahoot hi bura hai puri rat so nahi paye aur to aur jo pic me hai room aisa to bolikul bhi nahi h galti se bhi koi log book na karna 1990 rupees pay karwa ke naste ke name pe 2 tost 1 tea

Wifi is good speed, very good location because it's near about my exam center, also food is very tasty, i enjoyed this trip , also staff was cooperative

Located at the main point in the city, reachable easily, public facilities , market nearby. Poor room, not ventilated, bad smelling,dirty, vermin infested, no facilities, indifferent staff. Unbelievable that booking.com accepted them as franchisee. Not worth any stars- should not be touted as an international hotel- please.

NOTHING.PRANJUL INN SUCKS.A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE FOR RS 10000 A NIGHT PHEW !!!!! The hotel is a dirty succubus. A tiny room with no window. Eaten up bathroom door, no rack for towel, dusty paint peeling walls, floor etc. The room without cupboard, broken side table, dirty peeling walls, used towels and loose spring bed .Felt like a third class waiting room.The windowless dirty room , filthy kitchen ,small passages with empty bottles. Food stuff strewn around , used linen with holes. I've got over 40 photos to prove my utter dismay at being cheated and having to stay and pay such a high price for such dirty rooms. There were two soap dispensers attached next to the wash basin which had diluted soap for bathing and so called shampoo but no hand-wash.The bathroom door was damaged and eaten up and did not reach the floor. I can go on and on. Fortunately the whole day we stayed out. Fab Hotel and Booking .com SHAME on you for recommending this unhygienic, dirty unkempt Inn. The photo of the room as advertised is a deceitful deception of the rooms. We were very scared of this experience. After we expressed our dismay about the tiny wall peeling dirty stained bathroom and bedroom walls and floor and without a window on the ground floor , they shifted us to the 3rd floor. The irony of it was that it was a bigger room but had windows taped with newspaper,the condition of the room and bathrooms were like the ground floor rooms. There were cobwebs and dirt on the walls and roof top .TV not working, with holes under the TV. In short you priced these rooms for RS.10000 a night. What were you'll thinking????. Taking advantage of the KUMBH MELA YOU DECEIVED THE PUBLIC WITH FALSE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS AND PREMISES.IT WAS A DIRTY DECREPIT UNHYGIEMIC PLACE IN POOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. EVEN HIGHWAY TRUCKER'S JOINTS ARE OFTEN BETTER .IT WAS AN OYO HOTEL SITE RECENTLY TAKEN OFF LIST AND NOT MENTIONED IN BOOKING.COM DESCRIPTION. SHAME ON YOU BOOKING.COM AND FAB HOTEL FOR DECEIVING THE PUBLIC.

Nothing not worth the money The room was in very bad state and there were mosquitoes in the room. The toilet roof was leaking and dirty water was dipping over head. Room was not worth the money spent.I paid in full and then I see on booking.con that I have cancelled the room. I am not sure what kind of fraud is that, I have proof of my booking on uber from that location early in the morning to airport. Also they over charge for water and tea.

Nothing is very bad hotel. This is to inform you that is not the Feb Hotel just wasted the money. Fab Hotel tied up with small hotels for their bookings later they will transfer the guest in other small cheap hotel in the Kumbh area just to earn the money. This is very bad their is no drinking water even I had paid for breakfast but nothing is their. This is very sochking for me while using the Booking. Com. This kind of room is available from 1000 to 2000 in Indian rupees in Prayagraj Area. You are requested to kindly look into this matter and refund my excess money goes to them.

Liked nothing The most horrible experience, i had booked for 3 days, checked out after 1st day, my booking was at pranjul inn, but instead was shifted to triveni palace, refund my 2 days payment
