The hotel is located off the main road. The road in front of the hotel was dug up. I had to carry my luggage through slush. The staff is untrained. Bed sheets were not changed. Bathroom tiles were broken. A very noisy hotel.

There is a garbage pile and foul smell in road witin 50 mtr leading towards the hotel. Plenty of Cockroaches in room. Toilets are not clean. No soap. The bedsheets were torn, phone and TV not working, though they repair the phone in the night. The staff were not clear of prior booking room booking.com has no meaning. Despite giving all documents and checking in the staff again veryfying the credentails of booking at 2240 hrs which was disgusting. The rates were high comparing to similar hotels nearby.

Location of hotel is good Bathroom amenities were not good. Bedsheet and linen were not clean. The behaviour of the staff was not very consumer friendly. They insisted to pay in cash and reported to booking.com that i dint stay. There was communication gap between owner and its office staff.
