Nothing Hotel is named under a different name. We booked and paid 2 weeks before hand. On arrival was told booking would be cancelled as I had no Indian nationality. Luckily my husband still has an Indian nationality, and checked us all in. Hotel hygiene is really bad, owner and staff just keep yelling at you.

Central location Washrooms were dirty and bed linen was not clean. No toiletries or water kettle provided in the room

Hotel refused to provide us rooms. We had booked 3 rooms for family with elderly people, but on arrival hotel refused to provide us rooms.

There is no lift at the property and the steps are as steep as a ladder. Not safe and suitable for elderly and kids.

Staff was good, Mr. Niranjan was well behaved and polite Rooms were good, clean and value for money. Hotel's name is Hotel Riash not O Vivekananda marg. Vivekananda marg is name of street where hotel is. No parking space, had to park vehicle on street, stairs were steep, got room in 2nd and 3rd floor. One geyser for two bathrooms.
