Room was clean and quiet!

Decent hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast very basic but fine. Room nice. The door to our room didn't close properly. Had to make sure to pull it close otherwise door would stay open. Didn't use pool or gym.

both rooms they tried to give us had bed bug markings and blood stains on the box springs.

Cleanliness and location I have no dislikes

Cold…hard to control

I have kids and the whole reason of going there was for the pool - the pool was broke - we were offered to go to another hotel to use the pool but I don’t want wet seats in my car - the WiFi didn’t work - the tv didn’t work - the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain.

Pool was closed some of the time. Our door to bathroom was not easy to open and shut.

Because the pool was out of service I ranked the amenities a four. But the room was large and clean. Staff were friendly.

This hotel was very nice.

The location was great! Our room was not very clean and had a bunch of water leaking causing the floor to be disgusting and it tracked all over. We called the front desk and they claimed it was from them shampooing and there aren’t any house keepers around to check it out.

Very spacious room. Clean shared areas throughout the hotel and the beds in the rooms are very comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned, shower had dirt and hair on the ground. Rest of the room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful about the matter.

The staff we encountered were really nice and helpful, the facilities were clean and they were centrally located to where I needed to be

Stay was comfortable. Service was EXCELLENT. Train track does run behind the property. Train noise could be an issue for some.

Clean room with very comfortable beds. Extremely noisy. Banging thud sounds all night and into the morning. We were on the third floor. Guessing it was coming from 4th floor. Breakfast was anemic too.
