Beautiful hotel. Fun day away. Clean hotel, great staff, wonderful sleep. Close to rail trail and lots of good restaurants.

The room was spacious. The facility is OLD. Lots of carpet everywhere. Not very clean. The entire hotel smelled musty.

Great place to stay. Nice...

Nice "Grand Old Hotel" in a rejuvenating part of the city. Area amenities were good, including the art museum. The room was nicely appointed in general. Food was good, as was bar service. Parking next door was easy, although getting curb space to unload took a few tries and some cars were parked in the unloading area all weekend. This hotel isn't quiet. The windows do not insulate well from the outside, and there are bikes and cars revving and racing engines on the weekends until about 1-2:00 AM. Also, the curtains didn't black out effectively, and we were across the hall from a service elevator that was noisy. I know some of this is due to hotel age and layout, but the noise from outside was unfortunate. We were also right next to the hotel's rooftop bar, which had loud music until 10:00 PM, but was much more quiet after that. Staff were also inconsistent; some went out of their way to provide excellent service, and others seemed to not care one bit about guest experience (this was honestly the worst at the front desk).

Lunch didn't last until the time listed.

The property is beautiful, staff is friendly, but my room was near the elevators.

Clean room, lovely restaurant on the premises, nice coffee shops nearby. Would stay there again.

The property was beautiful i will say only downside is parking is extremely inconvenient.

Great stay

I always stay in nice hotels but my stay here felt like home or more like a luxury apartment. The breakfast experience was awesome. Instead of the traditional buffet style other hotels offer for breakfast, amercuis truly made me feel like i was on a hot date. Normally i would complain about hair in the bathroom but all the other good qualities humbled me.

Third time at hotel and not disappointed. Will definitely plan future stays.
